Visited Ananda for a fabulous dinner on bank holiday Monday. Wonderful food from start to finish. Seafood plate, duck, lamb shank and halibut followed by a dessert of raspberry sorbet with shrikhand & berries with a bottle of Nero Dâavolo all served by the lovely Sid. A wonderful dinner. Highly recommend

Modern Tasty and Fun
Thursday evening 18th visiting my sister who had recently moved into the area and we decided to have a take away and we opted to give this one a go.We phoned in our order for delivery and were told it would take 30 to 40 minutes, which was fine. We ordered Thai Red chicken curry, Duck in plum sauce and chicken chow mein, rice was included in the price of the curry and duck meal.It took about 20 minutes and our food was delivered, the total cost of our meals was £28.60. The food was piping hot and the containers were filled to bursting. The food was delicious and we enjoyed every mouthful.Great value, and super food with speedy delivery.

Had a very enjoyable last night in cosy clean surroundings while the wind howled outside the rain battered the windows. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, and by the time we were leaving only 4 tables were occupied. Not unusual for midweek, or considering the terrible weather outside. Prawn crackers and a jug of water were brought to our table as soon as we were seated and we had a good look down through the menu. Choices were pretty good, but the set meals were just too big for two people so we opted for two starters and two mains instead. We shared a Yuk Sung dish for starters and we dined on a Prawn and Duck dishes respectively for mains. Service was very prompt and non-intrusive. The meals were delicious, portion sizes very good, and I am glad to report that this restaurant has never disappointed (prices are reasonable too). There is never a rush put on customers to leave, so we sat for quite a while when our meal was finished, enjoying our coffees and having a chat. If you are driving to this restaurant, be aware that there is pay parking along the street outside, and you WILL be clamped if you havenât paid your fee. Having said that if you arrive after 7 p.m. parking is free. Just be forewarned if you are arriving any earlier, and donât have your evening spoiled by having to pay a clamping fine.

I want to stress that i have visited other Camille restaurants and they were really good in service and food quality, however, I went to the Tallaght branch today after work, I was the only person who was in the place when i came in, I ordered a starter from the menu and 2 salads, the server didn't know what the dishes were and spent more than 5 minutes looking at the menu and recording what exactly went into the dishes. I waited for 15 minutes, then the server came over and asked me again what i wanted, I explained again the order, which to be honest i thought was simple enough and don't know what he was writing down when i ordered. Another 20 minutes passed and i got my order, at this stage i had to hurry and leave. Once i got home, i opened the order and: The starter was missing chicken skewers, the main courses i ordered where wrong, which at this stage i didn't care and was willing to just let it go, however, the taste of them was just revolting, again, I ordered previously such dishes in other branches and they did not taste as bad as these. Utter disappointment, stay far away form this place, never again.Hi Oleh, It's really sorry to hear that you had such a poor experience with our Tallaght branch. I'm sure the frustration that you very understandably felt at receiving such slow and inaccurate service, and wrong order and poor food must have been compounded by the fact that you have had positive experiences in other branches of ours.Ill be sure to bring this up with the branch manager, however if you would like to contact us with your details and a reference to this review on [email protected], we will be sure to make it up to you for your awful experience.

There are a number of Chinese restaurants in the vicinity of Choices but I had been here a couple of years ago and remember enjoying it so I chose this for a return visit. We arrived at about 16:00 on a Sunday afternoon and as such were offered the early bird deal of three courses for â¬15 which is available until 17:00.I started with the selection of ribs, chicken dippers and a spring roll, this came with sweet and sour and satay sauces. The portion was generous and very tasty. I had sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, again the portion was huge and delicious. The rice in particular was excellent and better than Iâve had from most Chinese restaurants. My girlfriend had prawn with cashew nuts for main and enjoyed it too.We both finished off with coffee. The restaurant wasnât busy when we arrived so service was quick and friendly.

Vermilion is an award winning Indian fine dining restaurant in Terenure Village. Open since 2001 it has proved a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike. Vermilion was recently voted Readers Choice Best Restaurant in Dublin in the Food & Wine Restau
Had a very good night here on Saturday with friends visiting from UK. Food was very good. Can't resist an onion bhaji to start and they were delicious. I had chicken jalfrezi, a long time favourite, but also tasted companions prawn curry (lovely tomato and coconut sauce) and fish masala which I'll have the next time. Sides of naan and smokey potatoes were also good. One of the things I like about Vermilion, as well as the food of course, is that you can have a conversation without shouting yourself hoarse - a real plus when you're catching up with friends. Service is attentive without being intrusive.Still my favourite Indian restaurant.

I was given a groupon voucher for this restaurant by my nephew as he couldn't get to use it. As I hadn't selected this place myself, I didn't know what to expect and sometimes with voucher the menu as be very limited. HOWEVER this place is wonderful!! Food was very tasty and the staff very friendly but professional. Unfortunately the place was nearly empty but did seem to be doing good take out business. It is a bit of an odd location /right beside entrance to an underground car park. If you are in Tallaght and looking for good food, please give this a go

Tamara is a large, stylish and well-located restaurant in Tallaght, which features Asian cuisine principally, but also serves a small range of European dishes. There is an excellent range of choice available, including vegetarian, and what we sampled was tasty and well-presented. The service was excellent, although the waiterâs pronounced Asian accent made conversation a little difficult! The cost of the meal was very reasonable.

I've been to this place many times with either family or friends and the food is always excellent and very good value. The duck Cantonese style is gorgeous highly recommend. The layout and décor of the restaurant is great and on the weekends great atmosphere. The staff are really friendly they can't do enough for you. I went there for my birthday in August and one of my friends told the staff without me knowing and they came over to our table sang happy birthday and gave us a free desert. Great place.

I have eaten here several times and whilst the food is fabulous, I find the service a little slow. We were even given complimentary desert one night as it was so slow. But that aside I was would still recommend it
