They have amazingly flavorful food. This restaurant is located in one of the side streets in the city. You will know you are near because the traffic slows down and you see a lot of pedestrians crossing the street (customers coming and going). Upon arrival, make sure you secure a table before you line up to chose your food otherwise they wouldnât entertain you. While falling in line, you need to glance at the assortment of fresh seafood being offered and you need to mentally prepare your order. They accept 1/4 K as smallest order. Example 1/2 Kilo of squid cooked adobo style and another 1/2 kilo cooked sizzling, 1 kilo of shrimps cooked in garlic butter, 1 big slice of fish cooked sinigang style and another slice cooked with garlic, scallops, chicken ..... After ordering, they give you a number so the waiter bring to you your order once it is cooked. They have very fast service , at the table, you order for your rice and drinks. As I said they have very tasty food. I think part of the experience is the ambience. The restaurant is a hole in the wall and crudely made up of several levels with long tables and chairs next to each other. They have an airconditioned room but its always full so if you want to stay there you will have to wait for your turn. Actually the whole restaurant is always full. Its noisy because of the crowd. But then the ambience is part of the experience, and when the food is served, everything was well worth the wait.

In Front Of Reclamation Area, Near Sm Mall, Located In The Center Bacolod City...famous In Grilled Chicken...
We were super busy the whole day so we were super hungry by dinner. From Lakawon to Ruins then to Manokan Country. There are a lot of food stalls available. So you just have to find the place with a good deal :) We ordered Isol, Paa, Petcho, Isaw and Atay/Puso. And of course a lot of rice and softdrinks that goes perfect with Inasal. It is super delicious!!! especially with Chicken oil :) The staff are very attentive! We super super love it! very very authentic Inasal compare to the Inasal we are used to in Manila.Highly recommended if you visit Bacolod. It is just across SM. .
I have been to Terrasse a number of times. But I will based this review on the last time that I ate here. I was surprised to finally find this resto on the list of Tripadvisor. Finally.Terrasse is found at the end of the resto row of Ayala Northpoint. Found on the left side before the dog park area, it has tables outside as well for people who prefer to smoke. Decor is elegant, waitstaff look spiffy. Food is pretty good and favorites are Squid Carbonara, Pork ribs, Buttermilk Chicken which kids love and the young at heart as well. The service is pretty good especially with my favorite waiter there. Try Terrasse when you are in Bacolod. It is the best choice to go for when in Ayala mall.

Rau Ram Cafe, formerly known as Saigon Cafe Garden Resto serves authentic Vietnamese and Asian Fusion cuisines. It's the first authentic Vietnamese Restaurant in Bacolod City. Now open on it's new location in Bata, near Marapara Golf Club just across it's
I was craving for some pho. Not bad. Limited seating, small space. Servings are meant for sharing (most items are good for 4). Some items that I wanted to try were unavailable. I'd give this place another chance though.

On our last night of our 3 nights vacation, and because it is near our hotel (Avenue Suites), we decided to try this restaurant and their famous Chicken Inasal. The restaurant is spacious, clean, but non-air conditioned. It offers live band music on weekends. Like the Chicken Inasal of Nena's Beth, it is also flavorful and juicy. In fact their chicken is bigger than that of Nena's Beth. I also ordered their La Paz Batchoy which was somewhat disappointing because the soup is diluted and the serving is small. The waiters though are welcoming and efficient.
on each vist , i haveeither lunch or dinner with my family , food is french , area is simple , but the most important thing food is good , besides its not expensive at all
We are a small hole-in-the-wall cafe' located on the 2nd Floor of Kapitan Marciano Realty Square - a heritage mansion fronting San Diego Cathedral. We serve hand drip native robusta and Thailand arabica coffee. Our slow pressed juice and smoothies contain

There's an ongoing Negrense Fair at Glorietta and we were fortunate to have come upon the event last week just when started. One kiosk with a steady queue is El Ideal, a Bacolod landmark serving the most popular pasalubong this side of the island. Im so happy the Manila/Makati folks were treated to this otherwise hard to come by treats. We indulged on their fresh lumpia ubod, chicken empanada, barquillos by the bags and caramel tarts. The lumpia and empanada we feasted on right away (as one should) - while the barquillos, we enjoy one tube at a time. Prices are most affordable and service by Negrense staff were most cordial.
Where to eat International food in Silay City: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Just like many other islands in Central Philippines, the island of Negros is famous for its fresh seafood cuisine. Simultaneously delicious and cheap. But if there are many excellent restaurants when it comes to marlin, tuna, grouper, crabs, scallops, squid and other bounties of the sea, then the competition shifts to the restaurant ambience. For many living in the capital, Bacolod City, Edgewaters is just about the place to unwind, with the near perfect ambience. Bamboo huts on stilts, the refreshing smell of saltwater in the air, the right amount of breeze, an undisturbed view of the sea and the next island -- the fresh delicious seafood, with cold beers a-plenty, becomes the crowning glory of a lazy, late, absolutely enjoyable lunch.

The pili squares are made of confectioned pili nuts on a thin bed of filo pastry. It's AMAZING. The store is in Silay, right outside the city of Bacolod.
