The quality of the seafood was amazing and the sushi was like art. Outside of Japan this is one of the best sushi places Iâve been to in the states. Please go and see for yourself.

This is my go to Thai place in SLO. Down to earth servers, tasty food. I usually get one of the curries, red or green. Price is less than Thai Palace or Thairiffic and the service is much friendlier tha Thai-riffic. I've been there so much, the waitresses know my orders just about.

We first ate here several months ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. We returned and our second visit was just as enjoyable. We believe weâll be back fairly frequently. This time we discovered the outdoor seating area, but still opted to sit inside with the aromas. We ordered and shared a very nice spinach salad. My wife then had the Fire Grilled Combo with chicken, shrimp, fried egg and brown rice. I had a build-your-own Pho, with veggie broth, vegetables and shrimp. Both dishes were very enjoyable, as was the Asahi beer we had with them. Our service was very friendly and attentive. There are many more things to try here. We will return.

We thought our selection seemed fine, but it turned out to be mostly dishes with meat and no sauce, which struck us as odd, and unlike any Thai restaurants we have used in the past. I don't think we would return.

We have had dinner at this restaurant several times this past year. It's located just a few miles from downtown San Luis Obispo in a small shopping center (Von's) so there's free parking! We've ordered several different dishes and have left completely satisfied each time. Our service has always been prompt and friendly. It's quickly becoming one of our favorite date night dinner favorites. The beef Kochi was tender, delicious and came with the sweet teriyaki sauce. The cucumber salad was a treat, it was sweet, crunchy and topped with radish sprouts. The California roll is as good as any you would find any place in San Luis Obispo. The tuna sushi was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend you give this place a try!

in san luis o, last minute sushi decisions can be crazy. you can wait forever at goshi, so yanagi is a good bet if you wish to stay in the old town area. every place has a slightly different spin on sushi etc. (yanagi was hoppin' too though the other night.) while this is generally not my 1st pick place, the food was delicious. took a few shouts to get the drinks order right though as you could not hear so well above the din. and i cannot even tell you the exact names of what was ordered... sorry. refer back to super busy and noisy so our small group just let one friend handle the food order to simplify. good eats.

Located near the SLO train station, MyThai is a terrific restaurant. You can dine inside or on the covered patio or take food to go. My favorites are their Chicken Satay and Tom Kha soup. I ordered the chicken soup and in some Thai restaurants they don't give you much chicken, but here it was full of tasty chicken meat. Also love both the Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee. Friends who live in Bangkok attest to the fact that this place is the real deal, a truly authentic Thai restaurant.

We ate here with family and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. The menu had good coverage of standard Thai dishes and the prices were all reasonable. It is an informal place where you order at the counter and they deliver the food to your table. The restaurant was very busy but had inside seating, outside seating and take-out. Quite a few people were taking out. Our food arrived hot and delicious. Next time we are in SLO we eat here again...for sure!

After reading about Goshi on some websites, my wife and I decided to give it a try to satisfy our need for some Japanese cuisine. Wow....we were not disappointed. Fantastic meal and great service! Our dinners included tempura, sushi, tataki and much more. Fun, fun place in the Creamery. San Luis Obispo has all kinds of great food and Goshi now ranks up there as one of our favorites. I recommend you make a reservation as this place gets crowded, especially on weekends!
