Been here on and off for years and for an end of season beers and curry it was ideal. Easily accommodated a big table. Had the âmeal dealâ which made it excellent value. They do a decent naan bread here. Iâll be back. It ticks the group curry boxes!!

Our experience was fabulous.!! We were greeted warmly. Munir was a wonderful host. Our food was a 10 out of 10. I have eaten at lot of Indian restaurant. By far the best I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy and eat! first impressions run by a couple of old miserable people , they turned out to be very good hosts ,,, not a big choice for the buffet BUT quality fantastic , on par with top London restuarants ,not suitable for wheelchair users 1st floor , will be definatly returning

We LOVE Sultan!! We absolutely love curry and used to travel to Leicester for our favourite, however since Sultan opened some time ago now we don't need to travel all that way. The food & service is by far the best around. We are regulars and never have a complaint! The lamb shank is one of our favourites, so so tasty. We also have takeaways from here. The only negative about Sultan is my birthday fell on a Monday this year and they close on a Monday! I really wanted to celebrate in my favourite place, but I will let them off as the staff deserve a break haha! Thank you Sultan for bringing fine food & service to our little town...

the cafe is well established and deserves a good rating. the food is excellent, if a little bland. The problem now, is that if you turn up for a lunch time meal you will have to wait 30minutes. Shame.Many thanks for your comments and rating. I am very sorry to let you wait. Due to the space restrictions, we cannot increase the manpower and equipment. Our main purpose is to provide quality food, not fast food. During the lunchtime, the customers are placing orders together at the same time, we understand the waiting time is too long. To avoid the customer to wast the time for waiting. We will inform the customer about the waiting time when they place the order. The customer can make their discretion to continue their order or change their mind. Many customers understand our current situation and they will place the order in advance by phone.

We went here tonight Friday 15th and the service was awful, they apologised as takeout was very busy, we waited 2 hrs for meal, sorry prioritise your diners. After waiting all this time meal was only mediocre nothing special, as itâs a limited menu I was expecting brilliance but hey ho wonât be Back

First visit for me this week on the recommendation of family and I wasn't disappointed. The atmosphere, staff and cleanliness is all spot on. The food itself is absolutely delightful and a wide variety is available to choose from. The £9.95 deal is brilliant value for money if you can get through it all without ordering too many drinks! The only reason I haven't awarded them a complete five stars is because the wait in between courses was rather lengthy. It's a fine balance, and totally subjective, however it was over half an hour before anyone took our order and similarly in between courses. We did have some drinks and poppadums to be getting on with initially and I appreciate that nobody wants to gobble all their food in one go but the service aspect means any visit here will take upwards of two hours or more, so therefore not a place go unless you plan to make a long evening of it. Not a huge critism by any means but 10 to 15 minutes waiting would be sufficient. One suspects this is a way of getting customers to buy more drinks? Or am I being rather cynical?Service wait time aside, this is possibly Ketterings best kept culinary secret! Totally recommended and do not be put off by the odd negative review or comment by myself or others either - the good food is the attraction here and as such it surpasses anywhere else I have eaten in the same category and I eat out very often! A must for all foodies.

We had a delicious supper here this evening. I donât know who the person was who was not so happy with this restaurant, but he must have got the wrong name!! Iâve been all over Asia over the years, but look forward to getting home and having an absolutely delicious supper in one of my favourite restaurants. Beef and chicken dishes were succulent and full of tongue enticing flavours!Yummy! 10/10 yet again
