This place was suggested by local taxi person. We were in search for place where we can get good quality of food in hygenic area with economical rate. This place was good for that. Yes, it was small area, hence we felt some congestion.

Dhaba by Aakash is first on my list to have a meal whenever I am visiting Haldwani to meet my father. Since I stay in Mumbai and usually you never get the North Indian taste there ... so first thing I do when I reach Haldwani is visit Dhaba by Aakash. Great staff, attentive owner and amazing food. Have had food here so many times that I canât even count. Thank you Aakash for always welcoming me and my friends. Give me your recipe someday ... lol!

very interesting decor, theme is delhi and decors is done of replica of famous shops of Delhi. nicely done up and food was great. fresh and tasty. service was good too. we had steamed rice, with dal tadka, nan , raita ......every thing was fresh and warm and taste - for me it gets 100% . hotel is on mall road towards bus stand, you can easily walk down on mall road and ask for this one.

The food was good and so was the location. I had breakfast twice and dinner once. Mutton curry was heavenly. The prices were reasonable. Try this place if you planning to have dinner at Mall Road.

We had our lunch here during our visit to Nainital. Food quality was simply finger licking. The waiters were very courteous. Their lassi tasted fantastic. The portions served were very satisfactory. We ordered butter nan, shahi panner, dal fry and chowmein. We would like to dine here once again. Overall a wonderful place to eat out.

Being in the hills and not indulge in local cuisine is a crime. On our second day of our trip, we decided to try our hand at the local cuisine and boy-o-boy we were thrilled with non-veg preparations...I mean the local ingredients/ spices they made the food so flavorsome that was hard to find otherwise in the plains.Folks, do not miss this one at any cost - I suggest, a lunch would be ideal...stuff your self and then walk it down to your hotel...I would recommend a full course here (starters - local fritters, mains - a mix of both veg & non-veg (only local delicacies please) and dessert - local sweetish.we just asked the waiter to serve us the best they have and strictly went by his recommendations.Bon Appetite!

This restaurant is on the Mall road of Nainital facing the lake. They serve excellent Chinese food....Well to be honest....Me and my family enjoyed well prepared food which can be compared to the Chinese food available in Mumbai.

For people interested in Veg food, this is the best option in Nainital. It is located in the hotel Channi Raja, a good option for staying at mall road. Food is reasonably priced, and is the best in town. They follow their timings strictly.
