I believed this place was moved from Boston to Quincy recently? Their dim-sum was typical with any Cantonese restaurants in Chinatown in Boston. Good selections & better price than most other Chinese restaurants within that area. Easy free street parking is a great plus for any eatery & service was friendly & prompt.

Just tried it. The service was very good. There is easy parking. You need to enter on the main street. All the food was fresh and the portions were good.

Bistro Chi is tucked away off Hancock St in Quincy. At the time there seems to be construction going on but inside the pulse is definitely different. This little gem has really tasty food at good prices and the speciality drinks were awesome. A great place to hang out Friday after work. Great choice of music as well.

Came here to sample some Japanese food. We ordered uni sashimi, I wouldn't recommend it, it's not as fresh as I hoped it would be, we also have agedashi tofu which I thought was not just okay, tofu was not cook with soft silken ones so it was not buttery soft. Soft shell crabs was very crispy but dry . However, I do like the Hamachi Kama ( it's a yellow fin tuna neck collar) it was grilled and seasoned just right. The meat is so tender and soft. Would recommend this dish .

This restaurant has been in place for approximately 10 plus years. Plenty of free parking. Weekends there will always be a waiting line to get in. So plan you day. The dim sum is excellent given the vast variety and assorted dishes. The dim sum is delivered to your table via carts. They are always hot and fresh. There is a walk up station with black bean clams, pastries, congee aka jook, different noodle dishes, green vegetables, and other asst. dishes. The service is alway good, but at times it was very busy and our waiter was running around.

If your idea of a good meal is a quiet evening with perfect service, this is not your place. However, if you will allow yourself to be adventurous and get into the spirit of family dining - Chinese style - try South Garden. The food is very tasty. It is quite simply some of the best, authentic Chinese food I have had in a long time. Even though we had a âsafeâ selection of foods - foods that I have had before somewhere else and nothing exotic - They managed to infuse the food with flavor in ways that surprised me. Thatâs hard to do after eating Chinese food for over 50 years.

In my previous review, we had service issues but loved the food. In the last several months, we have experienced a decline in food quality and taste. Today we decided we will no longer eat there. Our order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, it took 25. It would have been okay to wait this long, but our crab rangoons were not hot. The beef and chicken pad thai both had weird flavors. They were sour and also fishy tasting. The thunder chicken sauce was good, but the chicken was tough. Good bye little duck!

We went here last night as a family of four. They sat us at the counter which was fine. You select your broth, your noodles, and your protein and they bring you garnishes and vegetables. The soup making experience is fun. The only drawback for me was the lack of space. Everything is on platters and there is not a lot of room with the cooking station and people on either side of you.

Excellent Vietnamese food and outstanding phos! It's been a number of years since we were last here, but we remembered back then that they had terrific pho but unfortunately for my wife, a limited selection of non-meat/non-poultry dishes. Fortunately, their menu has been broadened considerably since then, now with many options for my pescatarian/vegetarian spouse to partake in. On this recent pleasantly summery October Friday, I enjoyed a generous ("large size"), steaming bowl of beef pho with round steak and brisket slices which were simmering slowly to medium-rare in the tasty, clean broth. It was accompanied by a plate full of crisp fresh mung bean sprouts, large sprigs of Thai basil, and lime wedges, to garnish your bowl as desired. My wife had a plate of their lemongrass tofu and it was seasoned well with a nice spicy kick (which my chili-head wife cranked up to 11 with liberal dollops of garlic chili sauce). Satisfying all around - and very reasonably priced. We'll come back and try the other savory-looking dishes!

Stopped here for lunch after reading great reviews. The setting is modern and comfortable. The service was very good. However the food was a disappointment. We each had a deluxe bento box. The fried items, including tempura, were cold and greasy. It seemed to have been precooked. The sushi was average. The sashimi was very good. The rice was dry. The best item was the spicy edamame. Maybe it was a bad day!
