Small authentic family run restaurant in Ubud a little away from city center. The warung has a lovely outdoor seating area with a quiet but cozy ambience. Try the fried plantain! Nice little warung, friendly service. I ordered the nasi campur and it came western style (i.e. with salad). Very tasty! I liked it being totally mixed (pork sate, soft chicken, tuna, corn fritter, kerupuk, mixed vegetables, salad and tempeh).

Had lunch at @mrwayanubud by @wapadiumeubud , a very classy nice restaurant situated at the countryside of Ubud. We were welcomed warmly by the the staff at the first time we arrived, followed by an awesome service from them as well. @mrwayanubud provide HQ Balineses Cuisine, one of the best that you can have while having a vacation in Bali. My "Bebek Mepanggang" was so yummy, the food served with unique plates, and of course with big smile, then a bit explanation about the tradional balinese food. They also have bunch of selections of wine with affordable prices. Just had diner here with my friends and I must say I'm impresed! Really good onion rings and Ribs. The best of bests was the bbq sauce that really blew my mind. Must go, see all the crazy animal (turtles, arowana, iguana) that the owner has and try that motherf*cking BBQ Sauce!

I think this is our 4 visit over 4 or 5 years and we were not disappointed. I had the Chicken Sambal Madur and wife had the Chicken Sate and we shared a Tempe Sate and White Rice.Everything was cooked to perfection. We also had a ginger tea and lemongrass teaTotal of bill was 135,000IDR. Great value.

It may be a little hard to find but when you do go up into the family compound there are signs leading the way to a very modest home style eating place. There arenât many tables (2 with chairs and the others are cushions on the floor) so you may have to wait if itâs busy. The service was beautiful and the food extremely fresh and flavoursome. We spent 120,000 for spring rolls (2 serves), chicken curry, nasigoreng, chicken satay and green pancakes. Even drinks are well priced with Bintang small for 25,000 and coke 9,000.Would return if we were staying in Ubud longer.

Had dinner for my nephews 16th birthday. Beautiful location off the beaten track away from the noise and bustle of the main street. BBQ pork ribs were some of the best Iâve eaten and the service was exceptional even to the point that the restaurant owner drove our party of 10 home! Another great feature was they donât use any single use plastic with en eye on Baliâs future. Just be aware they donât have wine on their drinks menu so youâll need to bring your own. That said, the owners drove 10 mins to go and get us a bottle of sav! Thatâs service for you!
