The Korean bowls are amazing, and have good portion sizes. I recommend the chicken bowl with an egg on top. You can also order food and then head to the Arch Bridge Tap House next store for a drink. Theyâll bring it to your table there.

I like Pine Garden because it reminds me of the type of Chinese food our small town had where I grew up. Nothing fancy, but standard solid good food. I really like the combo dinners so I can get a variety of flavors (just don't try to make substitutions). Wait staff is friendly.
The chicken teriyaki bento special is one of the best deals around. You get a scoop of rice with chicken and a side of veggies(cabbage mix) for $3.50. It use to be under $3 but don't know how they can make any money on it. The service is usually fast and friendly. There is a large menu with a lot to choose from and some really good lunch specials. All cheaper than the king or mc crackers and Oh so much better for you!
Love their food, they will satisfy whatever you want as they could do and they open late. Super nice services, they were very accommodating, understanding, patient. And they have great price, quality favors. Definitely going back!! Their food for take out and they also delivery. Try their chicken tenders, it wonât let you down! The Bing are these awesome savory crepes filled with veggies and meat, unlike anything Iâve had and really filling! I also ordered the wings with the Cajun, itâs a dry seasoning and not really hot for me, and the wings are fried crispy.Their wings&tenders also came with thin plastic gloves so we didnât have to dirty my hand. Overall, I would highly recommend them, and I hope they thrive for a long time.
Thai Chef is a neat, unprepossessing little restaurant in a small strip mall. Service is both personal and personable. A wide variety of fresh ingredients, particularly vegetables, are evident in every dish. Yet for all the effort and dedication, Thai Chef does not quite reach the pinnacle.Tom Yum soup (with tofu) unduly relied on vinegar to provide flavor, and other dishes -- the Pad Thai (bland), Pad Kee Mow (billed as hot, yet surprisingly mild), and Gai Yang (described by the eater as "not memorable - I can't remember what I ate") -- ultimately failed to deliver flavor.Service was attentive, and my lack of enthusiasm is personally painful because the pride of the server (owner?) and her effectiveness was notable and worthy of better. This was lunch, so expectations should probably be lower. Yet with the fresh ingredients in use, everything was disappointingly flavorless. It may be convenient if in Oregon City, particularly if using it for take out would be nice because one's personal flavoring/condiments could be added. Absent a repeat visit with better results, this hardly qualifies as a destination restaurant.

Since I wrote the last review on this place, I have visited several other sushi places and discovered there are some with greater variety in their selection. Sushi Valley is very good as far as the quality and service but not as good as one or two others as far as variety. For example, they didn't have any tempura or fried calamari, as I have seen others have. The wait staff are very friendly, and we will definitely go back. And I wish I would see more and different options.

The location is great - right downtown. The service was excellent, though perhaps that's because we got there early and there was only one other table with customers. But the best part - the pad thai was excellent. I will definitely be eating here again!

My last experience with Vietnamese cuisine was underwhelming. We gave this place a try after getting stuck in traffic and werenât able to make it where weâd intended. One time I will say, thank you traffic! The rolls, oh, were they all delicious! We shared an assortment as appetizers, and the flavors of each were fantastic. And all of us loved our dinner selections. I canât say enough about the Drunken Crispy Chicken I personally had. It was so good, I canât wait to go back for more.

Yes, it's clean, large, nicely laid out and the staff is friendly. Portions are good sized. However, this is run-of-the-mill suburban Americanized food -- great, I suppose, if you don't want to be challenged. We ordered both the day's special, double cooked pork, and Mongolian Beef. I suppose I should have make it clear that we wanted the latter pretty spicy -- their interpretation of "medium spicy" is "bland" for us. The sauces for the two dishes tasted very similar (note that the whiteboard cautioned that the double-cooked pork was Chinese-style and spicy). I think we were the only customers using chopsticks -- which is an indicator. We think Essence of China, not far away, is the better choice.
