We came here as we wanted to try Thai cuisine for the first time in Perth and this was just in our area! For entrees we ordered the vegetable spring rolls which were really tasty with the sauce which complemented it well. The other entree was the satay chicken which was perfectly cooked- lovely and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. For mains the vegatarian Thai green curry was incredible- the vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the curry itself was amazing in heat, spice and flavour. The garlic lamb was also nice. We had such a lovely meal here, was a little bit too dim for our liking but pleasant feel, service was good, and food was brilliant!! Definitely will be back again.

When you order chailatte watered down and a tepid flat white and watery tepid 'hot chocolate', and the small biscuit you should get on your saucer is missing only one thing is happening sure, bigger profit!!!As a regular visitor between 2 and 3 visits per week and when you mention this to the owner on the way out, all you get is you should have said. We were in a hurry so we had no time to get them pre-made, but no apology or even offer to come back and they will give you a voucher.....yes more profit as it would come out of the bottom line if that happened, that would kill the larger profits. Not to mention you ask for some sugar and they point to a single paper cup by the serving hatch that is for the whole coffee shop. Now that had to be tight......Yes that was my last visit there after all these years. The previous owners were great this one is killing it. Not the first I have heard complain

The restaurant was booked out on a Friday night, but we were able to get some very good take-away within about 15 minutes. There were numerous options on the menu not normally seen in standard Thai restaurants, which was refreshing. The staff were very friendly and the owner/chef was definitely a character. Well worth a visit, with good options for vegetarians. Entrees were around $6 and mains around $13.

I had lunch dine-in there and food was so yummy!!I had butter chicken, rice and a cane of soft drink and it's just 13 bucks!!!Can you believe it!!!! Recommended for all those people who wanna quality food in resneable price!!!!Thank you for your great feedback

The most amazing, delicious Asian food in Perth - it's just like eating in Asia. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is always fabulous. Easy to get to, plenty of parking and bus stops nearby. Pricing is good, tea is lovely and diners can BYO.I paticularly love their pad thai.

Two starter, two mains and rice $63... hmmm.. not worth even half that! Satay chicken was cold, stuffed wing was gross and the mains were underwhelming. Asked for hot spicy.. pork dish was bland and very mild, red chicken curry was medium hot.Fried rice was stodgy and not good at all.Wouldnât recommend at all.

We enjoyed a delightful family dinner with excellent food. Vegetables crunchy, fresh and tasty. All had different mains, duck,chicken,pork each was enjoyed, and beautifully cooked. Staff were attentive and alert. The restaurant filled up during our visit but staff were right on it, and managed take-away,too.As I am deaf it was a very pleasant environment and not too noisy, but friendly and comfortable. We will return once again, and recommend to other diners,thank you.

Good selection of freshly cooked food normally friendly wait staff, tables and chairs a little old and dated.The one thing I found very annoying was the surcharge to use eftpos to pay the bill not a credit card but plain old savings or cheque account.

Visited with family, the restaurant was small although busy and kind of basic although donât let this deceive you.Service was friendly and quick and we didnât wait long at all for the food. Prawn skewers to start were amazing and chicken wings and fish cakes also really good.I went with the Chilli Lamb Whiskey and it was out of this world. Great flavour and fairly spicy I thoroughly enjoyed the meal as did the whole party.

I'm fussy about my Chinese food and having tried a couple of new restaurants locally and then being a little disappointed, we were recommended to give New Panda in Mindarie a try. The food was amazing, service was great and the restaurant was well presented. It wasnât the cheapest Chinese restaurant, but having said that, it wasnât over the top. We ordered 9 different dishes and each one of them was amazing. A big plus, itâs totally BYO, including beer, wine and soft drinks. This saved me quite a bit of money.This Chinese restaurant will now be our place to go. Thanks so much to the chefs and staff at New Panda.
