A friend and i visited recently. Great food, service and atmosphere. Reasonable pricing. Everything was clean and neat, no visible dirt/cob webs. the waitress was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return. Menu has a great variety, many selections.
Recently opened at the vacated Panda Express location on Milton avenue. I have visited this restaurant 3 times in the past 4 weeks. Their menu options include Thai and Chinese cuisines. I can't get enough of their summer rolls (fresh rolls) which are filled with, among other things, basil and shrimp and served with an excellent peanut sauce. Between my S.O. and myself we have ordered the chicken lettuce wrap, tom kha soup, chicken green curry, chicken karee curry, chicken spicy garlic sauce, pad thai, and the Singapore mei fun. The entrees ordered were all very fresh and also very tasty. Some were quite spicy, which I enjoy, and as is the custom at most Asian restaurants you may specify the level of 'heat' you desire. As with most new restaurants there have been some snafus such as the summer rolls, an appetizer, once being served well after the entrees arrived, however, they make an effort to accommodate customers. This is not fine dining, ,but it is also not fast food. Most of our orders did arrive in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is small but has enough tables to serve quite a few diners and also does take out. The staff that we have encountered have all been most helpful..
best place for chinese in the janesville/beloit area. delicious options across the board. great prices and better food. have never had a bad dish here. The service was not the greatest when they first opened, but the last few times i was there we got 5* service. And one time i forgot my wallet at home and the manager didnt hesitate to let me take the food home and call in with my credit card payment.

Good, fast food! I really like that you can get half rice and half veggies. I appreciate being able to get a sample taste when I don't know if a dish will be too spicy for me

I have another review from a couple of years ago for H & S on how great it is but my opinion has changed. My wife and I have tried it out twice and just not as good as it used to be. The staff was rude on one of the visits, they cut the portion sizes and for what you are paying and the quality is just not there for us. Will not be back anytime soon.

We carried out dinner after a decade, which tells you how impressed we were then. We ordered hot and sour soup along with two entrees. The soup had clumps of flour or corn starch throughout the broth. The soup wasnât flavorful. The chicken and snow peas had the same problem-lumps of the thickening agent in the sauce. The moo shu entree was fine, hard to go wrong when using plum sauce, however, I donât think flour tortillas are Chinese! We all know wonton wraps are thin so why not double or triple the number of them in the order? We wonât be back.

Create your own stir fry at HuHot Mongolian Grill. Customize your grill meal with a wide variety of meats, seafood, noodles and vegetables then add our Asian-inspired Signature sauces. Be entertained while the grill warriors cook your food in front of you
I love this place. All the fresh veggies is right up my alley. But for those that do like your meat don't worry ~ they have a lot to choose from including some seafood. You build your own creation with your meat, veggies, sauce (from a variety) & give to someone that will cook it on their big flat iron grill. They have cards that will give you suggestions on what to put in certain dishes (meat, veggies & which combination of sauces to use). When you go for dinner you get either soup or salad (egg drop is yummy), but not at lunch. They do have an app that you can download & get a free app so make sure to do that before you go. It is all you can eat which is nice if you want to do a couple smaller plates each time to try different things.

What happened to my beloved go to restaurant? Recipe changes? Ordered the Thai Curry soup , it used to be broth based and homemade tasting..now it's clearly from a bag, salty, "creamy" " flavorless . disappointed , it's over priced..I'm done going there..the girl at the register was very nice though..

The food isnât bad, but itâs nothing outstanding either. Itâs not cheap food either. Some of the ingredients such as the oil they use and even the rice seem to be cheap quality

NOTE: Wait times may exceed over an hour, please plan accordingly. We are family owned and operated. This isn't your typical Chinese fast food place. Our menu is filled with lots of authentic Thai and Laotian dishes and desserts, all made from scratch as
Went to lunch with several friends at the Asian Bistro. It is located downtown Janesville, WI which is a little off the beaten path for me so this was my first experience. We were promptly seated in a comfortable but mundane environment. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Shrimp which was a very generous portion of battered shrimp that was lightly fried and sauteed in our homemade sweet and sour sauce with chunks of juicy pineapple, carrots, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. The sauce was a little bland, but the shrimp were perfectly cooked and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy; the way I like them. The order came with a large egg roll that was excellent. Portion size was very large for a lunch meal, but I was able to finish it all. The hot green tea was a perfect compliment on a chilly Spring day.Service was outstanding. The waiter was friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to every detai.I looked over the dinner menu and found many items I think I would enjoy. Given the great lunch, I definitely plan to return for dinner sometime soon.
