We were happy to find this restaurant and add it to trip advisor. The food was great. They have a nice selection of sushi, hibachi grill, noodle bar and a great selection of hot, fresh, foods. My favorites were the bbq squid, coconut chicken and egg rolls. Service was also good.

We ate lunch here this week. Pretty good crowd. Huge selection of Asian food, and other types, too. Everything I ate was delicious: 4 different types of sushi, and a plate of various "American" Chinese dishes. Even the hot tea was good. Very reasonable, $7.99 buffet for lunch, $10.99 for dinner although I don't see how they could offer any more choices at dinner.

My son had tried this place with his friends and suggested it for Fathers day celebration.I managed to get a good healthy vegetarian plate where my husband and son enjoyed their unlimited sushi served with salads. Also you can upgrade rice to noodles for little extra surcharge. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Prompt service and fresh food. Will go their back for sure.

My lunch group visited Red Bowl Asian Bistro today for our monthly luncheon. We were promptly seated and served quickly. The menu was varied and the prices were reasonable. The meals were large and we all asked for to go boxes. We were given separate checks and our payments were processed promptly. I had the pad thai and it was delicious. Each of us selected a different menu item and all lunches were tasty.

I ate here for lunch on my trip. The price was right and the food was excellent. I had spicy chicken and broccoli and the taste was great. Their egg roll has an almost sweet taste, but it was good too. The food came quickly and even though you could get your own drinks, the woman working out front came by to fill up my drink mid-meal. She also took my plate for me when I was finished. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely stop in here.

Had a girls day out and went for a late lunch here. We were lucky because we just missed the lunchtime rush. However we did not receive water right away, like I have in the past here. It took them until after we got our banchan to get our water and even then that was a long wait anyways. But our food came out all together and was great. I'm never disappointed about their food but their waitstaff was slow with our refills. When we rang their bell and a girl came to ask us what we needed, which was water, another girl came back instead and refilled water for another table before ours! I don't think they have very good communication between each other. Anyways the food is great, service can be better. Also my favorite thing is probably the fresh kimbap you can purchase on the store side to eat in the sit down restaurant, but they go fast so try and get to it asap!

After moving to Charlotte over a year ago and trying several recommended Chinese restaurants, I finally found the food at Lam's Kitchen to be the best Chinese food in this area. We used to lived in D.C. area and enjoyed the many restaurants there (D.C., Va, & Md.). Lam's Kitchen was a pleasant surprise, given that it was a small store front carry-out type operation. Don't let the appearance fool you, the owner/chef is the real deal. We ate in and took plenty home. His cooking style is authentic as can be, given the availability of the required ingredients. When you visit, notice the Chinese side of the menu and try something different. It's all good and you can ask for suggestions if you're a foodie. This is our go-to Chinese restaurant now, it's worth the drive for me. I won't be disappointed. Not an expensive priced restaurant.Lam's Kitchen is less than a year in operation.

We have gone to more than I can count Chinese restaurants, only to be disappointed. But with Ming Fu, we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, flavors, and service. Their prices are decent and the portions are plentiful. As a repeat customer, we have not been let down.
