This new Samui address located in Maenam on the main road serves a selection of yummy Bao Bun dishes, fresh healthy Asian salads and other delicacies, delicious fried Bao Bun ice cream desserts and more.... .... all prepared with fresh local ingredients s
We had never had Bao before and ate here as an antidote to Thai cuisine - after a week inThailand. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and the staff are all very attentive and polite. The food was great - we had Cheeseburger, Gado (tofu and sate) and Teriyaki bao along with edamame, cucumber salad and sweet potato chips. All of the food was great. The cost was around the same price as 1 course in our hotel and included 6 drinks! Great value! We will certainly be back. Thanks Scott C for the 5 star review! Really appreciate your comments on service, food taste and great value! Looking forward to welcoming you again soon!

We loved Poomâs Place, visited twice as a family, as other reviews say, no frills but a very relaxed friendly small restaurant. We ordered lots of different dishes over our two visits and they were all lovely and not too spicy - curries, noodles, rice dishes and one pasta dish. Our children played pool and had fun with the owner and her game tips too. Very reasonable prices, highly recommend a visit.

Found this restaurant by chance and it is a hidden gem. We called to make a reservation, and it just so happened that the owner, Philip, was due to take us in our jeep safari tour the next day (which we had booked through a third party agent). The food was excellent, and at very reasonable prices. The jeep safari we went on the next day was amazing!!! Highly recommended!!

A really nice place at the beach. Quiet, a great view and fantastic service. The food was cheap and really good.

Having never posted a review on Trip Advisor, couldnât wait to get back to the hotel and write this! Utterly marvellous! An oasis of a restaurant situated on the main strip of Mae Nam, Koh Samui. Undoubtedly, the best Thai Food on the island! An award winning restaurant in the making for sure, the name of the restaurant âSpices Cafeâ may provide a false first impression, itâs no âCafeâ itâs premium quality all round from the warm and welcoming staff, presentation of dishes, menu selection, decor and quality of ingredients. We arrived without a reservation and our family isnât small! Six of us, two adults, two teenagers, a 4 yr old and a toddler. We were seated right away and boy.... did our toddler put on some performance, swinging around in her high chair, spilling drinks, throwing food on the floor, having back to back tantrums! Basically, she was a nightmare! The staff were really engaging and accommodating even through all her drama! We asked the helpful waitress to go ahead and order a mixture of signature dishes from starters to desserts and we were simply blown away! The teenagers got stuck in and tried most of the dishes and the younger two had the chicken from the cashew stir fry dish with sticky rice- so no special kids orders! You can chose the level of spice from a scale 1-4.... At the end of our meal, we asked to speak to the chef, she came out from the kitchen and spoke in some length about her former career, her passion for cooking and information about produce buying locations. She was extremely humble and genuinely touched by our compliments. As residents of a Leading hotel of the world ( Uh Hum.... SANt*****) close by - their food by contrast was a mere dismal, ridiculously overpriced version of Thai food. We couldnât believe our find, minutes from the hotel. A hidden jewel nestled in the midst of all the crazy hustle and bustle of the busy Main Street ..... our only regret... (not hiring a babysitter for the night ha ha ) dining there on our last night. Spices Cafe- humble, honest, charming.Dear Boothclan,Thank you for this superb and detailed review. We serve North-Indian food, tandoor and curry, vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals since 2006.
No cocktails! Why? Amazing menu list. Very decent prices! The most incredible Tandoori vegetables in the world! Nice salad. Perfect tandoori chicken, smoky flavour and softcooked! And a mild chicken curry..great. good portions! Great papadam with sauces..perfect service. In my eyes, in Thailand the absolute best price/quantity/quality relation Indian restaurant of Thailand and Vietnam! Most others are just ripoffs and far beyond the quality and tastes offered here....absolutely outstanding! Congratulations! A Highlight..

The White Pearl Beach Club is ideally situated in Bang Po Beach; one of the last remaining hidden gems. Bang Po beach is a perfect getaway for those who want to escape the crowds of the more populated beaches of Chaweng and Lamai. The White Pearl Beach Cl

GAON Korean BBQ Restaurant in Maenam China town, Soi 4 where the Walking Street takes place every Thursday. Authentic Korean Food and Charcoal Brazier Korean Barbecue on table. Excellent quality of beef from Australia and Home-made Kimchi & side dishes. A
Quick efficient and friendly fluent English service by Korean Owner whoâs a great character and charming. We had fired dumplings which were outstanding and vegan things which were lovely (ordered 5 portions x 8 as the boys were starving). We ordered a seared salmon which was superb, Korean bbq of striploin, rice, lots of large beers and two bottles of rosé for 6,500 (6-7 could have eaten with the 5 of us!). Good attention paid to seafood anaphylaxis by one of our party. Outstandingly good food. Lovely service and could hardly walk on way out as a result of consuming so much food.... and wine! Will return.

We drove here for lunch, the location is idyllic! Itâs not fancy, and very reasonably priced. They offer a great range of food from European sandwiches to traditional Thai to suit all palettes. The drinks menu was extensive, and the fruit juices divine. I thoroughly enjoyed lunch.

Krua Samui is newly Thai Restaurant with modern loft style, classic and the best romantic ambience in Koh Samui. Our experienced Chef proudly presents you unique Thai dishes and also variety of local Thai foods with high quality for customers to experienc
New restaurant on the main circle road near Bo Phut Village. A very beautiful and classy restaurant. Not yet well known so staff is unstressed and very friendly. Great choice of local dishes, classic Thai, perfectly executed and properly spiced if so requested. This restaurant far outshines it's related restaurant Krua Bo Phut. Latter caters more for foreigners, thus not very local and is understaffed to handle the heavy tourist traffic (especially on Walking Street days). So waiting times are sometimes long .We will definitely go back to Krua Samui, maybe not to Krua Bo Phut.
