Adjacent to Angmering station. New Indian restaurant
Steered here by a friend when was instead intending to visit an alternative local venue I (and this friend) have always used for over a decade. What a great steer! Service was excellent from beginning to end; most welcoming, friendly, helpful and effective. Atmosphere and decor was pleasantly surprising, given this is a venue I have passed by many times since its arrival some years ago and yet never before been tempted to actually try for an âeat inâ experience. Food was just superb; four different main dishes were ordered and all of them excellent, as were the sides, rices, breads and papadums. Overall so impressed this will now be my new âgo toâ local for Indian Cuisine; goodbye Bengal Tandoori and hello So India!

First time in this restaurant and like most listed buildings in Arundel not totally disabled friendly, but the staff are very helpful and friendly. Inside the restaurant there are steps so you need to be able to negotiate a few small steps. The food is outstanding all served piping hot, we went for a set menu you get a taste of fantastic Chinese food. I was aloud to use the ladies toilet on the ground floor as steps impossible for me, William the owner is a fabulous hoist and made the night very special a return is a most.

I had a really bad day at work so my partner suggested date night here to cheer me up. I have been coming here for years now and it's always fantastic. Garlic chili chicken vindaloo hot. Absolutely stunning and the chicken chat pictured is the best around. Do love eating here as the sun goes down over the river yum yum :)

Thai Kitchen is my takeaway of choice locally. The food is almost always first class (only once have we been slightly disappointed). We like to eat in occasionally, but it's often very quiet when we go and so there's not a lot of atmosphere. I went with three friends on Saturday night (one of them has already left a brief review) and the restaurant was reasonably busy. We received our drinks and starters OK, but then had to wait over an hour for our mains, by which time we were nearly 'past it' as far as appetite goes. We were actually debating whether to just leave and go to the curry house next door when the food eventually arrived. The food was excellent, but it is not acceptable for customers to have to wait so long for their food. Please improve this or risk losing customers.

Due to holiday closure of our usual Chinese takeaway, we decided to give this one a try. The menu was comprehensive and reasonably priced. We selected a range of dishes which appeared very similar to those we usually obtain elsewhere. We were so disappointed - the seasoning was unbalanced and the food tasted extremely bland and unlike any other Chinese food we have eaten before. The packing was not secure so the pot of sauce and one container both leaked. Furthermore, we, as usual, put the food into a sealed cool box (obviously without ice blocks!) for a 10 minute drive home but then found that the food was only luke-warm. Overall very disappointing.

Great to see the move to better premises which has increased the number of covers and space between tables, first class for ambiance and air-con. Menu offering is typical Thai, nothing outstanding from other Thai establishments. In general the food is delightful and acceptable although the mixed platter starter was very "oily" and lacking in flavour, hence the need to offer "dipping" sauces to give it some spark!! Main courses are large but only enhanced by the large portions of rice (least expensive ingredient) Generally a reasonable meal and experience. Slightly over-priced for the offer. Reservations are obviously important as from 19.00 the place was full on the Saturday I visited.

Not been here for a few years, so time to go back. We picked Wednesday, as it is a special set menu. for £12.95 you can have any starter of the menu, any main, any side dish, any rice dish, and a nan bread. Great value. As always, it was well worth it. We took home what we did not eat, and that was tea the next day. We all enjoyed the dishes we chose, and glad to see the Cinnamon has not dropped it's standards.

Came here on my own whilst staying in town on business. Lovely modern restaurant with water features. It was a Wednesday night and I was the only one in there. I felt a bit awkward when I walked in and the waiter looked me up and down. Also like a previous review found the waiter to be watching me. I felt it was if he thought I was going to do a runner without paying ! The food was nice but nothing special. I chose a hot curry but it wasnât particularly hot. Next time I stay there I will try somewhere different. We are sorry to hear that you felt the waiter was looking you up and down. We ask our waiters to try and make eye contact to be approachable and to always be looking around to make sure that our customers are served quickly and efficiently without having to wait for long periods of time. When you next come to the restaurant please ask for assistance with the hot curries, as we will highlight the best ones for you and add additional spice if requested
