Far from the 15 standard Thai dishes on the typical Thai menu, Thai Square offers several pages of unique and varied items with an authentic flair. As a salmon lover, the full page of salmon dishes was exciting. Fast service, generous servings, and top of the line flavors made this first visit a special occasion. This is a must stop for Thai food connoisseurs.

We visited Kurata for the first time last night and were delighted with the place. The space is small, but beautifully and simply designed for a comfortable and peaceful dining experience. We ordered an assortment of dishes including Miso soup, gyoza (pot stickers), sashimi, and a spider roll from an extensive menu. It was all excellent. The sashimi was fresh and came in a generously large serving. This is definitely a place to which we will return frequently to try other menu items.

Sushi Kata Japanese Restaurant

Been awhile since I’ve been here, but they know my grandson by his first name. We got seated just before the Saturday lunch crowd and enjoyed some tea while waiting waiting for our meal. Their chicken bento is very good as is most of their sushi choices. I actually enjoy their full meal options over their sushi, but that’s just a personal choice. It’s a small place so you hear a lot of diner chatter. It’s pretty clear, a large part of their clientele are frequent repeat customers which, for me anyway, is a positive indicator. If you’re looking for something “trendy”, SK isn’t your cup of tea. If you’re looking for good food, good value, in a “mom & pop” setting, you’ll enjoy this little neighborhood spot.

Love their food, they will satisfy whatever you want as they could do and they open late. Super nice services, they were very accommodating, understanding, patient. And they have great price, quality favors. Definitely going back!! Their food for take out and they also delivery. Try their chicken tenders, it won’t let you down! The Bing are these awesome savory crepes filled with veggies and meat, unlike anything I’ve had and really filling! I also ordered the wings with the Cajun, it’s a dry seasoning and not really hot for me, and the wings are fried crispy.Their wings&tenders also came with thin plastic gloves so we didn’t have to dirty my hand. Overall, I would highly recommend them, and I hope they thrive for a long time.

thai basil

Reviewed By Newbie_Vacationer

My wife and I tried Thai Basil as it was within walking distance from our hotel. We decided to try some of the less common dishes - Garlic Halibut and Thai BBQ Chicken. Garlic Halibut was just ok. Good stir fry smell and taste, but the halibut was a tough chicken consistency. The Thai BBQ chicken was not good. It's your grocery store rotisserie style chicken which is then deep fried before serving. The meat was super tough, so much so that we had to ask for another dish of dipping sauce. We complained to our server and she said she would mention it to the kitchen. Honestly, I don't think she said anything. We ordered some takeout for the kids back at the hotel. The green curry stir fry was not bad, a good combination of green curry and stir fry taste. Pad thai was just ok, kids noted that they've had better.

Hunan Pearl Restaurant

Reviewed By Cam D

This has become our new “go to” Chinese food restaurant. In five trips there, we have yet to have a bad meal or even bad dish. In many Chinese restaurants, the base is over ran by the sauce, leaving nothing but the overpowering sauce and nothing of the meat/vegy or what ever you are eating. One of my favorite dishes are the Honey Ribs. They cook them crisp and the sauce is sweet (as the name implies) but also savory with the pork shining through. The soups are always solid, I am a hot and sour person, my wife a egg flower kinda of girl. It’s amazing on the hot and sour soup how many places can screw it up or can be so inconsistant with it, so far on all five trips there it’s been very solid. With so many mediocre Chinese restaurants out there that hide inferior ingredients in overpowering sauces, it’s nice to find one that combines quality ingredients with complimenting accent sauces that don’t take over the dish. If I’m having shrimp, I want to taste the shrimp, not just the sauce, with that I thank you.To wrap this up, I want to say the service in all of the trips has been outstanding, they are on top of your table with courtesy stops and most of the time beating you to the punch, whether it’s a water, a beer or a soda, thank you! With that said, I know your all not going to run out and attack this place, and hopefully you don’t, because it’s already busy enough (smile).
