Tried one of the lunch special box lunches. Meal started with miso soup (not really Korean, but alright), box lunch had very small portion of kimchee, some lettuce, rice and a few pieces of meat. Maybe ordering a more complete meal would have given more variety of the common Korean side dishes.

I normally do not rate a restaurant unless I am positive about the experience, however, the Palm Tree Palace is an exception. The restaurant is very nice inside and the busboy was outstanding. However, the waitress was very poor - making small talk with the adjacent booth. After we reviewed the menu and made our dinner decision, we had trouble getting her attention to take our order. We ordered two dishes and a bowel of rice. They brought out the orange chicken (which needed more sauce) and about five minutes later brought out the second dish. We like to put the meal items on top of the rice, so we asked about the rice and they went back to the kitchen to get it. The food was typical and the pricing on the higher end of Chinese. They were doing a steady take out business, so someone must like the Palm Tree Palace.

I have come here several times and the food is very good and authentic. The portions are large and the cost isn't. The hot and sour soup is a favorite. The dining room is small so call ahead for reservations. Forget about getting in the door for dinner on Christmas day. The wait then is over an hour. Went to try this place for lunch and glad we did! We went in just after they opened, so there weren't a lot of people around. The waitress gave us her full attention. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.if you go for lunch, get their lunch specials. You get a large amount of food for your $. I ordered 2 rolls for $9.50. That's 16 pieces - a crazy lot for that much. Very filling.I tried the Spicy Tuna Roll and the Sweet Potato Roll. Both good - in fact, I think the sweet potato roll is my new favorite! This is close to home also, so we'll be back again with the entire family in tow soon.

The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is consistently good but not great. The prices are very reasonable. The bentos are a nice option for a quick lunch or dinner, and they do a very good job with their Hamachi Kama. I also really like their Hello Peno's stuffed jalapeño appetizer.

We chose this restaurant because it was close to the theatre. Nice atmosphere, simple decor. It appears to be a local favorite. We enjoyed our meal, but nothing special. A bit on the expensive side for Thai food, but our server was lovely.Thank you for choosing My Thai! We are very glad you enjoyed your meal, Kathy, and appreciate your kind compliments for your server. We hope to impress you more on your next visit and look forward to serving you again. Gratefully, MY Thai

Best Chinese food in town! Lunch, Dinner, Cocktails, Dine-in, Take-out, Catering
We visit Canton Bistro probably about once a month. Is it the greatest Chinese restaurant even, no. But it's very good and always consistent. Well, just for the heck of it we ordered the chicken wings with the chile sauce. Being from Chicago I know good meat when I see and taste it. Those wings were on par with anything in the valley and might just be numero uno. They were big, crispy, juicy and the taste had me coming back for more just a few days later. A real different taste from the usual BBQ. It comes with a little mini salad sort of. Yeah, go try them you'll be glad you did.RegardsPhil B

Just had my mom bday dinner with a table of 7 of us and we had an amazing great dinner with friends and family. The Tuna Tower was fresh and tasty, all of the combo plates were great and comes with nice Miiso Soup and Salads. The rolls were big and great quality. We will be back to Misaki soon.

I have hearing difficulty in one ear, especially in the presence of background noise. Okura was a bit too noisy last Monday. Other than that minor issue, the food and the service were excellent. The dynamite shrimp starter was hot but not too hot. The black cod entree was good and my family all enjoyed various sushi items.

This isn't in a "normal" spot, squeezed in amongst warehouse sized neighbors, but it is interesting tapas style food, without being amazing or must go again. Small restaurant with all glass front that sadly was ruined a couple of times with cars parking and leaving highlights blazing into the restaurant, a couple of times. Service was pleasant and the prices were fair. Like I said its ok, its good in fact, but it's just not all that memorable or romantic or quaint. Its small, packed and lacking a vibe or ambiance of any note
