We went Ryunabe after our first day of ski. We splurged with the wagyu beef and picked the chinese Fish maw soup base and the spicy soup base. The set also came with fish balls, udon and vegetables. While the price is on the high end, the meal was excellent. The place is a bit hidden behind the Hyatt hotel, but definitely highly recommended if your budget allows.

This little restaurant, almost at the end of the road, hides a treasure of flavors, taste and good food. Even so close after the earthquake shook the area Ebisutei was able to deliver a delicious meal to all attending guests. Service is friendly and smooth and due to her upbringing in the US, no issues with English. The food is prepared to its best ability and I am sure you will, as I did, devour every piece offered.

In December 2014, "An dining / cafe and bar" is opening its doors in Ki Niseko. This ideal location with an incredible view of Mount Yotei and where Guests can enjoy natural hot springs throughout the year has to be experienced to be believed. On the firs
We came a year ago & were appeased with services & quality of food. This time round, it’s less impressive perhaps both quality & fancy factor ebbing. We enjoyed lunch better for better value, less so for dinner. Seafood here generally better than meat dishes.

Boasting 50 years of tradition from Kutchan, Yukitei Niseko Restaurant brings authentic Hokkaido cuisine from the farm and sea to the table. Our signature Gosetsu Udon is made from 100% Kutchan potatoes and bathed in the family's secret dashi stock. Melt
Great lunch menu. We ordered the tempura prawn rice bowl and the deluxe sashimi/seafood rice bowl. Both were phenomenal! We also ordered a tray/box of uni (sea urchin) which was 10,000 yen but it was worth it. Super sweet and no nasty seafood aftertaste like some uni has. We went back the second day because the food and quality was so good! We’re definitely coming back on our next visit!

While this place has much lower prices than the other restaurants on the slopes, but note the serves are much smaller, and it's crowded in season and has rough toilets. It's is a good place to visit for an on mountain exoerience, though the food is generally good as elsewhere in Japan but more caffeteria level. You can reach from the Ace double chair if you share sideways or head down from one of the higher lifts. It's right up the hill from the Hirafu Gondola, do not the place to go unless you're on skis or a board.

I gather this place is pretty famous - dinner bookings a must. Sitting seemingly on its own in the quieter, lower part of Niseko village amongst the web of snow covered lanes. A classic single-level timber restaurant with wooden tables, lovely vibe and exceptional food. Loved it.

This is one of our Niseko favourites - great atmosphere, and great menu & food. Always full and buzzing - they allow a certain number of tables for walk-ins each night, but we always book ahead online. The Hokkaido corn and Sukiyaki are definitely our favourites!

Came here for lunch bc all the options on the mountain were expensive and mediocre. Really great flavours. Husband had chicken with coconut soup and daughter had the meatballs in original soup. Chose 3 for spice but could have done 4-5 I think. Also served with rice which you dunk in the soup. Yum.

Most of the food in Niseko are generally pricey than other parts of Japan. Therefore, it is nice to find this restaurant serving good value meals. The ramen broth is full of flavour and the servings are generous. The guoza are nicely cooked to crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It is worth the wait even though the food may not be the best in Niseko but it is of good value.

I went with my partner and two children and arrived around 5.40pm which worked out well because we managed to get a table straight away so it’s worth getting there around opening to guarantee a table. The restaurant is only small, however it’s quite cosy and the food was very good. My partner and I had the Niseko Ramen (had pay extra for meat and eggs) which was awesome and definitely worth getting. The children had clear Ramen which they said was alright but not amazing. I personally think it’s worth a visit, the reason for a drop in the rating was the children saying the food was alright, paying extra for meat and eggs and we felt it was a little on the expensive side. Our bill came to nearly 6000 yen for the four of us. Upon leaving the restaurant around 6.30pm it was getting quite busy, with people and families queuing out the door.
