The service of a lady was poor. Later another friendly waitress did a better job. The venue is not very appealing. The sushi tasted good but were quite loose and sometimes fell apart. The vietnames specialty with various meat was disappointing. The salad was of poor quality. Not recommended in spite of the rather low bill.
The restaurant is located in a calm dead end street. The Vietnamese food is tasty! A nice place for to be recommended! Thanks a lot! Happy you enjoyed your stay!

We were shopping in Aicher park after work and decided to pop in to this restaurant last week. We had been here a few times before. Probably about 6-7 time sand it had always been reasonable. The place itself is nothing to shout about and you have to climb a flight of stairs before you can take a seat.It is a fairly bare hall type affair with a whole load of tables and chairs and virtually no atmosphere at all. I have been told it is in the Chinese style and how they like to eat in Hong Kong. To me however it looks like a works canteen. As I have said the meals here used to be reasonable and rather good value for money. Maybe things have changed because everyone is trying to make more money. We found the meals this times to consist of a whole load of deep fried items. Some of these were tasteless and rather unidentifiable. Most of the food was very greasy and full of fat. The only real good comment from my wife was that the sushi was good and also very tasty. My wife also had something cooked fresh from the ingredients that she had personally chosen from the buffet but was not at all impressed with the final result. The meals are full of carbohydrates and the sugar content is very high. Something definitely to watch out for if you are diabetic. Check your blood sugar before and about 2 hours after the meal and you will find you need a whole lot of insulin. The place itself is always tidy enough and the staff are reasonably friendly, but the standard of the food and the actual cooking has dropped quite substantially. However the prices continue to rise. I can seriously imaging that we will not be returning to this particular Chinese restaurant in a hurry.
Lot space for parking outside, the shop it easy to find. The food it fast served, not take time much for waiting. Main dishes price around 6.5-15⬠up. We ordered Sour soup 1.8⬠not bad for starter then Duck deep fried with noodles and chicken stir-fried with vegetables come with rice, drink we go for beer & cola. It totally cost round 25⬠it good for 2. Once food it served, First I saying OMG how can I finish it!! I recommend you order the starter like soup, spring rolls or sushi then sharing a main dish ^^ haha pretty sure it enough!

Visited twice in October. First time had really delicious remedy from German food. Decided to have Hot and Sour Soup plus large-starter of mixed Asian salads. The soup was different from the UK version, but equally delicious and complex. The salads were delicious, but more normal for a UK palette - duck, glass noodle, and thai style papaya/cabbage/carrot.Second time had a not-spicy-enough Dragon Squid, which was again well cooked, but not as unusual as I'd hoped. Still a very pleasant experience with lots of vegetables - hurrah.Overall this restaurant is good enough for a 10 mile trip, but perhaps not for 30 miles. The menu is very long and takes some figuring out, but the ambience makes this a pleasure, and this is one of the better Asian restaurants outside of major cities. If you are in this area, it's a must.

We have been in a lot of restaurants in the area of all types and varieties. This is by no means my first review. When this restaurants opened it was very good and clean and fresh and the meals were reasonably priced. Having returned recently I have to say that I was thoroughly disappointed by how the high standards had plummeted and the prices have risen quite substantially. There remains a lot of choice but it all seems to be so very artificial. A lot of the meals are deep fried in batter and to be honest if you are a diabetic then you should really steer clear of this place completely. Sure you can get a LOT to eat for a reasonable price, but the quality is not excellent. You can also choose from crocodile lamb kangaroo and shark and have them all cooked with your own picked from the buffet vegetables. It could be better and is by no means the worst Chinese restaurant in the area. I donât want to run it down completely as most of the meals have been reasonable. Best bet is to try it out yourselfâ¦.you might even like it.
