This sushi place is unpretentious and authentic. The owner has been preparing sushi for 40 years, and is an expert in doing that. The fish literally dissolves in your mouth, being so fresh. We had a delicious meal, and we had the best time interacting with him.

We happened on this 2/F tempura restaurant in Komachi, Kamakura as we were doing the usual tourist thing and wandering up and down the main shopping street. On the strength of other TA reviews, and needing dinner, we decided to give it a go. Glad we did. We had a table for five with a good view of the street. The tempura veggies were particularly good, and included cherry tomato, which you don't often see on the menu, but which was really tasty - sweet and tart. The Ebi was big and juicy and the fish was crisp. A great 'setto' with pickles, soup and rice, with a few beers, finished us off nicely. The service was good, there were English menus, and the place was great for kids. The price was reasonable at about ¥1250 per head.Overall, a strong recommend.

not of you are not keen on ordering from a Japanese only menu and risk a surprise. We were with a guide and sat in the cozy upstairs restaurant, in one of 8-10 tables. Service very attentive and food good: essentially your order the "main", a bowl of sticky rice with anything from beef, or pork or different types of fish, and you receive a tray that also contains a very fresh salad, miso soup and a few other small dishes. All for between 1600 and 1900 yen and so great value for money
Loved this little place with English menu. Fresh sushi, great chefs and draft beer and drinks. Perfect for a stop in between your walks

Our guide brought us here to enjoy Sake and Soba - it was fantastic. I had the Yuzu Soba and my daughter and the guide both had the Tempura Soba. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and in keeping with the town - VERY Zen.I would highly recommend this as a place for lunch or dinner either during or following a tour of Kamakura.

My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful udon noodle lunch at Udon Kamakura Myoshi between shrine visits. There was a short line to get in. We waited about 10 min and the hostess took our order outside so we were served almost immediately once at the counter. The place held 15 to 20 people with a few tables and a counter that we sat at. Both meals were tasty and very filling (large portion not reqâd). The ~6 meal options were combinations of noodles and tempura. The sake was small and a little expensive. The meals were about Â¥1600 each. I recommend Udon Kamakura Myoshi if you want a satisfying lunch in Kamakura.

You cook your own choice from the menu on the grill built into your table. A few different styles, but mainly two categories from my understanding of the menu: a mix of meat or seafood and vegetables, and the same with a pancake-style batter. Had the chicken, and liked the way it was pre-seasoned.Very reasonably priced (800-1000); we spent more on sparkling water:-).Some English, but the lady has the entire restaurant under control and will be happy to help you with the next step to end up with a good meal!

We have for Muslim menu. We have for Vegetarian Menu.
Honestly, we didn't understand what restaurant is this. We stumbled upon this restaurant accidentally because they wrote "Muslim Welcome" on their door. Me and my friends are was greeted with a very friendly waiter, and they prepare all the cutleries for Muslim only. The foods are amazing! The chicken, the mackerel, everything! Everything is well prepared, foods are tasty and value for money too. I definitely will come back.
