Had a take away on Saturday 22 February through Just eat to 3 Headingley. Usually very good and regulars to Seaton Tandori. However Considering we are only a couple of minutes away the chips, starters and rice were stone cold and dried out. Main course was good and tasty but overall good experience wasnât great. Not what we normally are used to so thought it was worth raising.

First time here today following a recommendation. Mr Andy ( owner ) was friendly and gave me a taste of several dishes. My dish Sichuan chicken and rice was superb. A must for lovers of Thai food.Thanks so much Mitch glad your enjoying the food

Only people in the restaurant which doesn't help with the atmosphere. The decor is dated and a bit odd. The food was served quickly and my veggie balti was nice . Husband had chicken Sri Lanka which was average. The Bombay potatoes were a bit sour. All in all it was average but we wouldn't rush back. Shame..it used to be fab years ago

Having lived down south for the last three years, I could not wait to visit my family in Hartlepool this month. I have not found a takeaway down here that comes anywhere near the quality of Thai Pan. Second and fourth night of my visit called for takeaway and so Thai Pan it had to be. Freshly cooked, tasty ingredients (including my veggie option) and quite simply the perfect takeaway experience in Hartlepool. Restaurant quality delivered in less than an hour. If you appreciate good food, this is for you. See you again in June.

wrong order sent rang in and was told I got what I had asked for I order the same meals every week so goes to show they don't know loyal custom along with my food I received a bag of hot slimy salad. I was offered a replacement but did not want to wait another hour for it . very hit and miss service lately

This restaurant far excels all other Indians in Hartlepool, this is a relatively new venture bar the same owners of Sheesh Mahal located in Seaton Carew. The true spices are in the food without being overwhelming like some other restaurants. Well worth a visit nice menu and drinks range, coupled with polite service.

Visited for a family meal out. It was the first time we had visited this establishment, and we were all impressed. Everything was perfect, the friendly greeting, the first class service and attention, and of course the quality of the food. A great restaurant to visit for excellent food at value for money prices.

Visited with friends and can see why they like it. Fairly busy for mid week, service a bit hit and miss and ran out of draught cobra , which is a bit odd for an Indian. Generous portions and tasty enough but nothing that special or wrong - probably a harsh average but not very good!

Iâve eaten in many restaurants throughout the world including many Thai restaurants. But this is the best Thai meal I ever had. In Hartlepool of all places!Service is just perfect - welcoming, friendly and incredibly efficient. I he menu is rarely standard for a UK Thai restaurant but the quality, the taste, the flavours are indescribable. Without a doubt, the best Thai meal I ever had. And reasonable prices too. What more can I say? Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Fantastic. My only regret is that trip advisor wonât let me give 6 stars!
