Wednesday evening and most wise enough to book (busy). Ordered combo entree platter, spring rolls, pad Thai beef and green curry pork. All delicious and friendly helpful young waitress. Noticed in Geelong that south Asian meals err towards a mild palate. If seek hot/spicy ... declare that. As had kids along, worked alright to share curry with them.

Our daughter raves about this place. Infact itâs her most favourite restaurant in Geelong. She recommended the Massaman curry. Sir ordered the beef and I ordered the vegetarian with tofu with coconut rice and roti bread with satay sauce. For our palette we found the curry too sweet and too mild so obviously we have a different taste to our daughter! We will be back but weâll go for something spicer next time.

A small, unpretentious but delightful little restaurant that also caters for takeaway. The food is absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, large portions so go with an appetite. Service is quick and friendly and dishes explained if you're not sure. Make a booking as it's popular.......

We really enjoyed the food and setting at Sumi. Alex was an excellent host, giving us a good overview of the type of charcoal they use on the grill, the food, and the sake and whisky they offer (MARS whiskey). We recommend the tomatoes wrapped in bacon and the chicken meatballs-both were outstanding and good sized portions. Really good food and good value when in Geelong.

Nice location. Drinks are reasonably priced with a wide selection. We shared 4 dishes and all were excellent - Asian inspired. Highlight was the Tamarind Chicken Bettle Leaf with a nice chilli kick. Discount available through the Entertainment App. Service was friendly and spot on - thanks Lockie. Our first time but will certainly return. Highly Recommend.

Went here on the recommendation of a friend. The restaurant was friendly but busy so book if there's more than two people at peak times. I had the Spicy pork ramen at a level two spice and It was fantastic, alot of flavour and one of the best I've had in a while for only $18. Suggest trying here atleast once.

staff were great and really attentive and service was great. Restaurant was a little noisy, but was good atmosphere. Had also read all the reviews about how amazing the food was. Wow weâre we disappointed. Our servings looked nothing like in the photos in the ads for Donco. ...and the spicy fried chicken we had was dry, tasteless and seriously bad.
