Fort Bragg, North Carolina is a military installation of the United States Army and is the largest military installation in the world (by population) with more than 50,000 active duty personnel. The installation is located within Cumberland, Hoke, Harnett, and Moore counties. The installation borders the towns of Fayetteville, Spring Lake, and Southern Pines. It was also a census-designated place in the 2000 census, during which a residential population of 29,183 was identified. It is named for Confederate General Braxton Bragg. It covers over 251 square miles (650 km). It is the home of the Army's XVIII Airborne Corps and is the headquarters of the United States Army Special Operations Command, which oversees the U.S. Army 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) (Provisional) and 75th Ranger Regiment. It is also home to the U.S. Army Forces Command, U.S. Army Reserve Command, and Womack Army Medical Center. Fort Bragg maintains two airfields: Pope Field, where the United States Air Force stations global airlift and special operations assets as well as the Air Force Combat Control School, and Simmons Army Airfield, where Army aviation units support the needs of airborne and special operations forces on post.

I'd read some negative reviews and was not sure what to expect. A customer suggested we meet here for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean, service was friendly and prompt, and my food was delicious. (Not to mention large portions given the $5.99 lunch menu cost!) Very impressed with this first visit and will not hesitate to return!

Overall good food and service for a Korean lunch time buffet. Service was timely and pleasant. Drinks were always fullFood was absolutely delicious with several entrees to choose from, including bulgogi, chicken, pork, stew, soup, dumplings, salad, kimchi, and fresh fruit.Ambience is that of a luncheonette or small family diner.Price is a bit high for lunch, but it is an all you can eat buffet and it's Korean. Expect to pay $12 to $13 per person without drink or tip.This establishment is a must try for Korean food.

This is a great place to find you favorite Thai or Chinese food. The service is always friendly and attentive to recommend meals your desired tastes. The buffet is alway a good choice for lunch. We have been many times and is one of our main choices to eat out in Spring Lake.

This is the best Korean spot. Master chef Serena makes dishes with passion. She makes different dishes for me since I am vegetarian so she created new menu with lots of veg items. Authentic food with top quality. MUST TRY.

Some of my colleagues, especially the dear friend who is crazy about Korean Bar B Q like Yummy very much. That said, I find the atmosphere at Yummy to be bleak, the food overpriced and fair at best, and the service terrible - especially the time that we went as a group of about 10 people and the African American guy among us did not get served his meal until all of the rest of us had finished eating. The problem, as mentioned to us by the food server with a shrug and not an apology, was that they had given his order to someone at another table, but that the cook was working on his order "now": now that the rest of us were finishing up our meals. It was an honest/incompetent mistake, but the fact that this African American guy sitting at the end of the table was not being served made the entire scene look like something out of the American South in 1961. ("We reserve the right to not serve....") Because I find the food overpriced, during one visit (I had to be dragged in there by my colleagues), I ordered an inexpensive bowl of ramen. I swear, the noodles of that dish were (or were indestinguishable from) the dry pack of ramen noodles that you buy at WalMark for 28 cents.

$8 lunch buffet, tasty!Unimpressive store front on the sad main street of Spring Lk. Get over that and Geang's is one of those local gems for those that know.I've eaten there twice over the past year and each time was greeted warmly and served attentively; buffet self serve but drinks or questions and clearing of plates; top notch!Small only 7 tables, booths. 2 table on the sidewalk too!Now just off the beaten 24/87 path worth trying!

Newly opened Korean restaurant. Initial impression was very clean. Quick and friendly service. Food was very fresh and tasty. We had the Yaki Mandu as an appetizer and Pork and Beef Bulgogi as our main entrees. They all looked so appealing and were served on authentic Korean dish. A great restaurant in a not so appealing location. Hope this brings in more business to this area.

This is a hidden gem for sure. There were as many uniformed patrons as civilians. These guys and girls know a tasty lunch buffet when they see one. We ate here three times and greatly enjoyed the wonderful flavors. Not a Thai expert, but will definitely return here. Hey, don't be afraid to buy one of the soldiers a lunch, just to say thanks in a small way.

The lunch menu has minimal choices but when youâre limited for time they do a great job. The food comes out hot and fast. They give complimentary crunchy egg rolls to everyone. The restaurant says itâs Thai and Chinese but I felt for lunch it was more Thai. There are only like 5-6 entrees available. I got the pad Thai but felt that it was sweet which Iâve never had it like that. Not a fan. They make paying separate very easy at the register. Itâs a good lunch spot. Not amazing. Every base has one.

You already know that the authentic Asian food restaurants are not big places and not much to look at. The Thai food here is so authentic and delicious, and so are the dishes they serve it in. We've eaten in a lot of Thai restaurants all over the world even in Thailand, but this ia as authentic as it gets. (I'm sure that is why it is near a military post where people have eaten the real thing.) 5 stars for food, and 3 stars for appearance (but don't let that deter you).Im sure the carry-out is yummy, but eat off the real plates like in Asia. I can't wait to go back!
