The sushi was good, but I felt like it was a little overpriced. $12 for a roll seemed a little expensive. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. We had a group of 9 and they seated us promptly without a reservation.

You are in for a real treat if you visit Himalayan Kitchen. The first thing you will notice is the atmosphere: calm, serene, beautiful murals, authentic music, prayer flags. Next you will notice the service: professional, warm, attentive. And then the food - truly delicious. I loved it all. I was shocked. It was a weekday and we had Saturday night service.

Three pals stopped here for dinner and each of us ordered different items from their new and extensive menu and we each enjoyed our choice greatly. I had a yellow curry with octopus, carrots, and onion, served with rice (white or brown), another pal had a pineapple/shrimp combo, a third pal went vegetarian. Each of us had a huge portion for a very reasonable price, plus our choice of beer or wine. Tasty, tasty, along with pleasant service. We wondered why we hadnât been here for a long time and weâll definitely come back soon.

Nice quiet restaurant, you can actually have a conversation here! The Vietnamese food is excellent and the service is also very good. This is the best chicken Pho I've had in the area. Will definately come back.

I've been in N.County for 7 years and it has taken this long to stumble upon a great Thai restaurant. What a find! The tasteful, artsy interior of this tiny restaurant is a welcome respite from your typical strip mall Thai food experience. And yes, their cuisine is divine. So hard to describe the medley of flavors that play across the palate. Suffice to say, truly works of art. My favs the Tom Kha Gai & the Pad Thai. Great sushi, sashimi, tempura, ... never had anything but fresh, tasty, well prepared food. Happy hour (4 - 6) makes the place a good value.Located in the corner of a strip mall by the freeway, the room and sushi bars are crowded with happy patrons. And yes, the tables are crowded together as well. The floor to ceiling windows open to the parking lot, and added to the constant open and close of the door, can contribute to a somewhat cold temperature--bring a light coverup. Service is always pleasant but rarely great--perhaps the young servers are new to their calling?Overall, however, this is a good choice for food and value.

We happened upon HapiFish. Watched the chefs in action for a while, we sat at the bar, which was perfect- under the fan and lights. The presentation was wonderful- see photos. We shared three rolls- and were more than satisfied- and great saki. The bartender was knowledgeable and so helpful in our selections.

This restaurant is just a treat to dine in or to take out. The food is as good as can be loaded with high quality ingredients and very friendly service. Love the Pad Thai and all the curry dishes. Great green papaya salad and wonderful soups. Good selection always a treat

Do not allow the modest looks of this small cafe deceive you. We literally stumbled upon this Asian Fusion hole-in-the-wall and were enticed by our neighboring table's steaming Monk Bowls. It was absolutely delicious and stayed piping hot to the last spoonful, thanks to the heat of the stone bowl!
