Finally--a growing fast-food chain with a concept that isn't focused on sandwiches! The idea is that the Korean staple dish, bibimbap, can be rendered in a fast-food style. Don't know why they chose to spell the restaurant name differently, but they pull it off quite well.First-time visitors might be a bit disoriented--there is no menu. You walk to the counter and direct the custom assembly of your bowl. Start with traditional sweet potato noodles, or opt for a bed or rice, a salad, or a wrap. Then get one of their protein options--steak, chicken,. spicy chicken, or tofu. Top with some traditional Korean veggies--bean sprouts, shredded carrot, purple cabbage, kimchee, shredded daikon--or go for some American variants like corn or sesame kale or potatoes. Finish it with one of several sauces. The whole transaction is faster than most fast-food restaurants, and the results are satisfying.I had the noodles, steak, bean sprouts, carrot, cabbage, and yum yum sauce. The quality was excellent, and the spice level was mellow--note that you can go full mouth-burn Korean if that's your pleasure. The only thing I wanted was that most traditional bibimbap that I have eaten comes topped with an egg over easy, but clearly that would slow them down. You also have the option of miso soup or kimchee as a side--I plan to try them one day.The only disappointment was the beverage selection: standard American soft drinks, iced tea or bubble tea, lemonade. That's it. I wonder if they'd mind if I carried in my own mug of hot green tea?I'll be back!

I was very pleased with the selection and quality of my sushi. It was delivered from the door dash App. Nigiri, a roll, seaweed salad and edamame - all arrived either cold or hot as appropriate. Anachronistic fortune cookies were fun as this restaurant has Chinese and Japanese choices. I would definitely recommend for a business traveler without a car as a great option.

I'm a newbie when it comes to Vietnamese food, but this place is a favorite for my husband and kids, so I've learned to go along with it.They have a lot of options for you to pick from - lots of the pho dishes, but plenty of rice options, the banh mi sandwiches, and so on. We've been there more than 10 times now, and everything we've tried has been delicious, and so generously portioned we had leftovers more often than not. The staff is very friendly, and while the décor is not fancy, it's clean and comfortable, so I couldn't ask for more.

I grew up on a small island just 4 hours from Japan, therefore giving me full access to the most authentic of most Asian cuisine. This place is undoubtedly the one of the closest you can get to experiencing that in the Dayton area. The quality of the food, from the sushi to the ramen is definitely up to par. Never having to ask for a refill or my check, the servers have always provided exceptional service. I dine here at least three times a month. If youâre a foodie after authenticity, this is a must have.

Canât understand why you get enough food for three meals, but that is Chinese for you. I like the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. Service and prices are reasonable.

Nice, friendly staff. Tasty food, but no MSG used. Friendly neighborhood feel. Order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. They were able to identify which dishes could be modified for gluten-free and vegetarian, and they did a great job of accommodating diet restrictions. Large portions- I had the Singapore noodles and brought half home (yay! leftovers!). Not the fanciest ambiance and a little small - but if you can't get a table it is still great for takeout!

The area this restaurant is located in is not that good, but the restaurant itself is very good. The service was excellent. They took our food and drink orders very quickly and delivered just as fast. The food was wonderful. We will definitely return!

Lots to consider on the extensive Vietnamese and Chinese menu. Fragrant pho, of course, and a nice selection of other soups, served in large bowls. Plenty of non-soup options, too. My healthy serving of spicy stir-fried beef, pork and shrimp with egg noodles, for example, was quite good. Though I wish the accompanying bowl of wonton soup actually contained wontons and not just a few strands of wonton wrapper. Vegetarians, meanwhile, will find plenty from which to choose, as well.Service is fast. Prices are modest. Tables quickly filled up the afternoon we were there with friends. And it was good we were with friends. The four-top tables are small, so three bowls of soup with side plates of salads, the stir fry, a pot of tea, tea cups, glasses of water and assorted sauces don't leave much real estate to maneuver. It all worked out so let's just call it intimate dining.I gave this four stars. That's a bit generous, but three (average) just didn't seem right.

Had an authentic Thai meal and a couple craft brews here with a friend. They had a great selection of craft brews, and a large menu selection. The staff were awesome and the venue unique and interesting. Would definitely stop in again when in the area.
