The Loft, a favorite of guests and locals alike, is the resortâs comfortable all-day dining restaurant. Situated on the fourth floor, this popular Orange County restaurant features stunning panoramic views â the perfect backdrop for enjoying creative Amer
We returned to The Loft for an anniversary dinner with anticipation because of an amazing experience we'd had there before when we'd been visiting the area. Over all our experience was good, the waiter was very attentive and the atmosphere amazing, but I was surprised and disappointed when I ordered scallops for $48 and only received three. They were absolutely fabulous but I had to get more food after we left because I was still hungry and needed more protein. Later I wished I would have said something. Wondering if there was a mistake. The one other downside is that we were seated next to a table of about 10 woman who were having a baby shower. They were doing what they should have been doing, having a great time and talking about all sorts of pregnancy, giving birth and breast feeding topics. But it wasn't a great pairing with an anniversary dinner and we might as well have been sitting at the table with them.Dear Lorina, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I appreciate you complimenting our level of service at The Loft, as well as your feedback. I will be sure to share your review with the team and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. We've been coming here for about a year now. The food has been consistently good. We always order their combination bentos. They are a great deal for the amount and variety of food you get. We like the salmon teriyaki and pork tonkatsu. Nice people who work here, too. I don't each sushi so I can't comment on that.

I thought this was good, but I liked Peking Dragon better. Real good Pad Thai. Curries could have had more protein. Not enough rice comes with it (and we ordered an extra serving). I recommend it for Thai food.

Have been here several times. and a good reason for that. The poke is fresh, delicious and made to order. This place is slightly bigger than a roadside stand with outdoor seating. Not too far from the beach. Have not tried anything other than different poke bowls, but they are always satisfying!! Try it.

The tastefully provocative STARFISH LAGUNA is located directly across from the Montage Resort, home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This gem of a restaurant is located in the heart of the Aliso Creek Shopping Center off Pacific Coast Hi
In town for business and Starfish came very highly recommended. We were impressed... started with delicious hand crafted adult beverages - outstanding. Loved the lychee martini and blackberry mojito. Dinner, we just shared small plates but the mussels in green curry was a standout. Donât forget to ask for coconut rice with it. Ask for Trish service was excellent. ;). Definitely will come back next trip.

A staple in Dana Point since 1992, Thai This has re-opened a block away from the original location. A smaller, comfy version of the original, Thai This still serves premier Thai food in the south Orange County area. Pair that dish with some beer or wine!
This food truck parks near my house every Sunday and serves excellent Thai Cuisine for a very reasonable price. The menu varies so check them out on Facebook to see the days fare. I especially like the grilled beef salad and the drunken noodles, but many rave about the various rice dishes as well.

We had a great lunch! The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious! The lunch special includes soup a side of rice or fried rice and an appetizer and your main dish. We ordered for specials the Mandarin shrimp very spicy and yummy, the walnut shrimp, a vegetable and mushroom and a orange chicken. The Mandarin Chicken is deep fried. We will definitely be back!Tips: 1. They open at 11:30, no wait.2. The parking is very minimal, arrive early no guarantee it close by parking Spot.3. Kid friendly!

Eating sushi while traveling can be tricky and scary but no at this place; after some researching, this restaurant was highly recommended. It was a Sunday night, we had a reservation and sat right away, service was slow to start, place was busy but once we ordered, things went very well. Food was awesome, fresh, tasty, we had a feeling that locals were the majority of patrons. For California, the bill was not a shock! Give it a try id in Dana Point.

You cannot eat décor but it is the first thing you see. Their seating was contemporary and new; not super anything up or down. We waited to be seated while the host finished some business on the phone. We had a comfortable booth which accommodated four plus all our jackets and winter clothes. The restaurant has an open concept kitchen. I especially like seeing Chinese food prepared with all fire and food flying in the woks. The service was fast and attentive. Our server was a bit of jokester and entertaining. He gave us the time we needed to read the menu, this was our first time, which contained a lot of choices. On the bill it said our server was Manager, so unless that was his name, we got the top dog and he did not let us down. The four of us were very hungry. We had some wine and beer to start. We ordered all sorts of combinations from the menu; appetizers, soups, cold plates, dumplings, noodles. The server brought them out starting with the appetizers and then pacing the next dishes as we finished the last ones. No one thought we could consume all that food but we did.The other patrons in the restaurant were friendly. We glanced at another table and they confirmed for us that they had ordered the Singapore Noodles. The portions were large but light; delicious. The Little Kitchen is rated Number One Chinese restaurant in Dana Point and it deserves it.
