Visited with a few friends who were craving Korean food. Having visited a few times, the scarce side dishes were expected.Besides us, there were 3 other parties (Monday night) so they weren't too busy. Despite this, service was a bit on the slow side. On select days of the week, they serve Korean fried chicken. So of course we ordered it. We ordered the soy garlic - 8 pieces for $19. Unfortunately there wasn't enough sauce on the chicken AND the pickled radish that should have come out with the chicken has apparently discontinued (but still written on the menu...). It tasted fine but most likely won't order it again. They RAN OUT of black rice. One of us could not order the dish we wanted to take home because they ran out of the black rice (it was 8pm). So why the 3 stars? My dish, yookgaejang, was really really good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good! I would go back for this dish alone! The soup had depth and had just the right amount of "stuff"!!!Overall, will go back when I'm craving yookgaejang, but won't expect too much beyond that.

There is a water fountain at the front entrance which is a nice touch. Once inside there is a bar with TV's. We were seated around a hibachi grill where the show and chef take center stage. It was a really nice performance. The food was cooked to your taste. The chairs were low for me so I had to ask for some pillows to sit on so I was able to see the food being cooked and to be able to eat it comfortably. My shrimp, rice, noodles, vegetables and salad were excellent. The other people with me were eating steak, chicken, steak and shrimp combo. Everyone was satisfied with their dinners and the service.

Our (adult) kids took us here for lunch. Good choice. Good selection of reasonably priced lunch plates. The cutest little kid (a waitressâ child) greeted us. The fresh salad roll was a lovely presentation and tasty as well. Weâre big fans of fresh spring rolls and this was a nice relatively close cousin. I chose the Pad se Ew. Iâd never heard of it before. First cousin to Pad Thai, Wiki says it is pan fried. I found it a bit more flavorful than the average Pad Thai. Yum! My wifeâs Green Curry was also very good. Service was excellent. Seating is limited, but adequate, as is the parking. Two thumbs up!

The sushi/sashimi is always fresh. Ordering mixed plates sushi/sashimi combos brings a nice selection and they are accommodating to one's preferences, e.g. no shellfish. Service is good and they have a nice full bar and some Japanese beers on tap. Bento boxes were enjoyed by others in the party and portion sizes were very good. Consistency is a good thing in restaurants.

If you go for the hibachi dinner you'll get to share celebrations by other groups - birthdays, promotions,engagements...and sometimes noisy too. Still watching the hibachi chef prepare your meal, juggling eggs, chopping meats on the grill, squirting mysterious seasonings on the food as well as rice wine into the open mouths of eager customers is always fun and feels like a little feast.

Have visited both Albany Government Plaza and Central Ave locations. They do what they do with excellence! We love their spring rolls (shrimp in rice paper) and Pho - always with âdouble Yumâ (stock flavoring), vegetables and Tofu, but usually also with chicken or beef. They bring hoisin, sirachi sauces, bean sprouts, mint, lime and jalapeño. Always incredibly flavorful, and a great value.

Sushi Tei is a traditional Japanese restaurant located in Albany, NY. We feature fresh, healthy Japanese food (dine-in or take-out). Wine, sake and various imported beers are also available for your refreshment. Sushi is a small piece of raw fish or shell
I am constant return customer of this restaurant. I loved their Prawn donburi, gigantic fried shrimps and eggs over rice, and it is the best in town. They currently offered $1 sushi until the end of July 2018, includes most raw seafood sashimi over sushi. Highly recommended.

The relative lack of spicy peppers in Shanghai cuisine has left it relegated with "ordinary" Chinese foods in some people's minds, I think. This place dispels that notion. It's always a good sign to walk into an ethnic restaurant and find it full of people of the same ethnicity. On our early December visit, most tables were filled with Chinese happily chatting and chowing down on the excellent food. Our party of three joined the fun, chowing down ourselves on food prepared with obvious care, a light touch with oils and spices, and extremely fresh materials. We shared pork leek dumplings, steamed and then pan-fried with just the right amount of toothy "crunch". Fresh cucumber with garlic was just that, chilled and bright with aromatic garlic. Beef with orange sauce tasted not only of good beef, but also of concentrated orange flavor and aroma. Beef with string beans offered a solid take on this very traditional dish, with a lighter sauce than I've experienced elsewhere. The garlic lamb was redolent of well-cooked garlic, with a pronounced "lamby" flavor that is often lost in long-simmered dishes. We loved our meals and would return.

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
I really did, but it was just dreadful. I ordered the Ma Po Tofu over white rice. I had to send it back because the dish came smothered in scallions which were not set forth in the dishâs description on the menu. Back it went while my rice grew increasingly cold. The âcrispy silken tofuâ was deep-fried. Again, this should be disclosed on the menu. It was tasteless and overdone. The broccoli was tasteless and underdone. Whenever you are in a restaurant and the waiter comes over and introduces himself by name, get up and leave. There is no good reason to know your waiterâs name. And such unnecessary familiarity is a sure sign that the food will be awful. It was.
