I possess a particular affinity for small restaurants; they permit me to have, for a fleeting moment between bites, an intimate conversation with the chef about his food and its tradition. Nagomi offers such an opportunity and because I love Tempura I eagerly seized it.Tempura is the focus of this delicious and decadent menu and Chef Kenta is a certified master in the fried arts. This focus is the reason why this restaurant is special: it is in fact a unique restaurant in both Switzerland and the whole of Europe. Chef Kenta was eager to share his countryâs culinary history, ingredients and techniques. There are quite a few specialties on the menu and, if youâre both hungry and adventurous, there are also different tasting menus. If it is your first time, my suggestion is that you talk with Chef Kenta and let him guide you. The batter he uses is light and crispy, its contents (whether vegetable or fish) retains its textures and flavours and is succulent to bite into. On top of this, the tempura isnât oily. There is a fine selection of cold Sake and Japanese Whiskies to accompany your meal. The restaurant barely sits more than 15 people at once. Itâs perfectly sized for couples and business lunches or a party of friends that wish to privatise the space. A bar that surrounds the cooking station, so you can watch Chef Kenta carefully prepare and fry his delicious ingredients. If you wish to make a reservation be sure to specify which side you want to book a table. Nagomi has two entrances; there is a Sushi-side and a Tempura-side. I have not yet had the pleasure of eating in Nagomiâs Sushi-side but I have heard that it is delicious. It must be said that Nagomi Tempura is pricey but the pleasure derived from the sheer quality of Chef Kentaâs cooking is worthwhile. I cannot wait to come again and try something new.It is also important to note that this is a cash only restaurant so make a withdrawal before you come.

Welcoming was very nice after seeing improvements in the terrace, parking, outside decoration and plants arrangements.Waiters are very agreable, as always Joel is in every detail, bravo!Dishes are tasty, well presented and with the right spices. Butter chicken and veggies (courgettes and small onions) are to die for!We are looking for to come again and enjoy the new terrace!

Japanese restaurant proposing Udons, Ramens and Donburis. Most of our meals are homemade and elaborated from natural ingredients only. Our Japanese Chef, Masaru Sakagami, guarentee that you will find in your bowl the tastes and flavours from Japan, specia
My daughter comes here regularly and enjoys the food and normally has great, friendly service. We came and enjoyed the food, but had an odd experience with our waiter. My grandson spilled his water across the table. We asked the waiter for assistance. He seemed overwhelmed. Instead of a cloth towel, he proceeded to dab at the puddle with a series of paper napkins. The puddle was still there and we had to ask someone else for help.

As an indian family vacationing in geneva we were looking for some good indian food and found this place with good reviews after eating at "Bombay" restaurant the night before (which was better due to prompt and attentive service along with larger portions for same price). The service of little india was overall ok, the decor and ambience of the restaurant was great and they had a cool cocktail menu and overall vibe. The food had good taste but the vegetarian menu was small and the portions even smaller. normally get two curries four breads and a rice for four people and had very little curry left when we got to the rice at the end. definitely a place to try if you want decent indian food while in geneva but there are definitely other restaurants to try, namely Bombay.

As the first fine dining Indian restaurant in Geneva, Rasoi by Vineet offers a delectable gastronomic journey into the world of contemporary Indian cuisine. Created by renowned chef Vineet Bhatia, Rasoi by Vineet is a sister to Vineet Bhatia in London, Bh
This one has the potential of becoming a Michelin star restaurant. The food is amazingly creative and tasty. One should taste a variety of appetizers before moving into the main courses. King kachori chaat, Crab kofta & Keralan crab chutney, Chicken makhni, Pistachio lamb seekh kabab, Paneer bhurji & fat chillies, are all excellent creations. The ambiance is nice but a family with unruly children showed up while we were having dinner. I believe two shortcomings will prevent this restaurant from achieving higher level of success: (1) the service is subpar. The waiters often disappear in the kitchen and are unmindful of the diner's needs. We had to call them to fill the drinks! (2) Families bring their unruly children to dine with them who spoil the ambiance /experience for other diners. The restaurant should not allow children younger than 12.

This Japanese restaurant is very good. Unfortunately they donât do ramen. Menu is good, meat served by chefs in the middle of restaurant, quite a show if you like it. Choice of wines very expensive, like rest of Geneva. Food was delicious. Very friendly staff. Pretty good reviews on trip advisor and recommended by our Hotel (Richemont) we were looking forward to a 9:15 dinner albeit outside. Our table for 3 had to good chairs and a director canvas chair added (uncomfortable) food started ok, shrimp popcorn, tuna sashimi, both good, my beef tatake was sour and confusing. From then after it was very ordinary, my mother had Sole, again a very bitter vinegar sauce, my 125 Euro Wagyu was cold and not of a good quality with limited marbling. The coriander rice was OK, but very heavily flavoured. Iâve had much better Japanese fusion dishes. Perhaps itâs the Peruvian influences, anyway pretty much a waste of approx 500 euros
