I missed going here for Lunch SO I went for Dinner instead. I KNOW that I'm NOT supposed to go that often because my doctor tells me it's NOT good for my waistline. However, I CAN'T stay away because several things or JUST SO GOOD.IF you're into dumplings, they have them! I get BOTH the wonton in their Wonton Soup as well as the lightly fired dumplings from the buffet with the requisite sauce. They have about 3 different sushi rolls with nicely fresh sliced ginger and decent wasabi too.A SMALL gripe its that the MAJORITY of the meat dishes are chicken. I'd like JUST a LITTLE more variety. That being said, they one called HOME Chicken which tastes to me like heavily BBQ chicken without sauce that is reminiscent of "burnt ends". It's VERY savory.I'd also like a few more veggie options to go with my meats as well. Otherwise, it's a reasonably priced place to get a decent all you can eat Chinese buffet.

Rubbery chicken. And when did they start putting zucchini in Chinese food? Gross. Inedible. I have given this place several chances but I'm done wasting my money. Try Twin Dragon. Atleast their food is edible.

Wife and I dined mid afternoon after arriving enroute to our home in Alaska. This pick you own bowl of food for grilling is a great concept and delicious...and cannot be any fresher. We both loved our respective created bowl fulls! Both were sated...and dessert was included. We highly recommend this place.

I had read the review on this place nd it looked pretty good. So we stopped her for lunch. I ate the Pepper Steak lunch special while my husband went for the buffet. My egg drop soup was rather bland with many vegetables in it . Celery onions carrots. Then came the main plate. As I said everything was highly salted. I mentioned this to the manager but she only said "OH" I did taste my husbands plat to see if his food was as salty, it was.I don't think I want to eat here again.

I came back after awhile and I wanted to sample something different. I got the Sushi Deluxe Platter. It had 1 Tuna Roll {6 pieces}, 1 California Roll {8 pieces} and 6 pieces of Nigiri Sushi {shrimp, cuttlefish, snapper, tuna, salmon, albacore}. It came with a small bowl of Miso Soup. I had JUST enough room for some more Nigiri SO I got 2 pieces of Mackerel and 2 pieces of Eel. I got a vase of cold premium Sake to go with it and I was set for the night. Excellent food and service as always. Prices are reasonable. I'm always up for diner here.

The food isn't bad, but if the sweet and sour sauce was any sweeter, I'd have to up my insulin dosage. The friend wontons are good - containing much more meat than most wontons.

If you thought you couldn't find authentic Japanese cuisine in Wyoming, think again. Wasabi Japanese Grill & Bar offers traditional sushi and hibachi right here in Cheyenne. Serving the city since 2015, we've become a premier place in town for juicy steak
Waited about 45 minutes. After ordering chef came to make the meals which was great, but failed to make all of mine. After waiting another 20 minutes still no food. Overall, the entertainment portion was great, but the food not so much. We deeply apologize that you were kept waiting so long for your meal. We never want this much time to pass -- we know you're hungry and here for a show. What you experienced certainly isn't the kind of dining experience we expect to show our guests. We hope to have another opportunity to impress soon.Sincerely,Wasabi Japanese Grill & Bar

I used to frequent this place when I lived in Cheyenne, but the last couple trips after having moved away were rather disappointing. Their hours aren't always reliable and the service varies from solid to completely indifferent. The food, for the most part, remains very good. The dining room inspires me to do take out.

Wanted to find a good local restaurant for late afternoon lunch. Found it at Good Friends. Great menu, friendly staff and excellent food. Restaurant was very clean and food was great. Entree's ordered consisted of lots of tasty food at reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and will frequent again when possible. Only draw back was not being able to have a beer or drink with the meal.

Anong's restaurant offers real Thai cuisine. The restaurant is slightly outside the town center but is well worth the few minutes it takes to get there. The food is delicious and the ambiance is good. Takeout is also available.
