Easy to access as it's located at the main road Cherating - Kemaman. The food quite delicious. We love the siakap stim, siakap sweet sour and sotong goreng tepung. The service quite good too. We get all the foods on table less than 20 minutes as the warung is full house.
Visited during on the way back to JB. Items were properly arranged with displayed price. Staff were friendly and there is a huge discount if you were to buy in bulk.
Order a curry and a couple of lychee and apple juices, we ate here at least 4 times in our 5 night stay in cherating. You can't go wrong at 3.50 for a meal for 2!!

Situated just next to Legend Resort Cherating you can basically walk over thru the beach, but remember to bring a torchlight coz it will very dark after dinner on the way back. The restaurant served fresh seafood and amazing Kungpo Chicken. Seat are limited and weekend would be pack so book or go early. Price wise average seafood restaurant price.

No trip to Malaysia is complete without a visit to Cherating. No visit to Cherating is complete without time spent at Loca Cafe. Sit back and start your day with our big breakfast. Try our toasties and sandwiches. Tuck into our waffles and pancakes. Enjoy
Loca is situated between two local restaurants opposite Din Payung guesthouse is run by a friendly bunch of surfers. The operator Syafwan will cater to your food requirements and is a delightful person. He is also a surf instructor. This place is vegan friendly and has a variety of food and healthy drink choices. The cheese omelette and pancakes are best you can find here. They are also eco conscious and do not use plastic straws. This is the place to be for a sumptuous affordable healthy brunch while listening to chill out tunes and enjoying the company of the locals. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a few days in Cherating last year. Mazlam is one of the nicest and most welcoming hosts we have ever met. We spent every night at his awesome bar. Definitely a place to go in Malaysia. You have to try his Mojitos! Much love from Germany! Keep it up Muscle-Joe!
