Serving authentic local Bangkok Thai cuisine in the greater Palm Spings area of the Coachella Valley. Our dishes are freshly prepared when ordered to ensure the highest quality and freshest authentic taste.
My husband and I ate here and ordered 2 dishes along with an appetizer. The pad thai noodles were quite delicious and included chicken and shrimp in it. The dish was beautifully presented to boot. We also ordered a beef dish with green beans and it, too, was very well prepared and executed.Service was very good for a busy night and the staff worked hard to accommodate people as quickly as they could. I would not hesitate to return for another visit.

There seems to be a change at Manhattan. Meals are still good and portions very generous but it seems that there is less staff making service a bit less attentive.Meals arenât inexpensive but you usually have enough for two meals.FrenchFries are the best in the desert!

I live close by so it's tempting to go when you don't feel like cooking. The last visit.. a Monday, yuck yuck yuck. Disgusting food really, lost my appetite after tasting a few things. Safest things are the fried rice and noodles I guess. The rest, everything smells like warm old fish, greasy, seafood shell things with hot mayonnaise on them, gooey octopus, warm things swimming in old smelly sauces. Yep. No. And the signs on the buffet that say they'll charge you double if you leave food on your plate, yep, the last straw, never again for me.

This restaurant may be located in a strip mall but don't let that put you off. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The ambience is pleasant and simple. I've tried a number of Chinese eateries in the Palm Springs/Cathedral City area and this is one of the best.

I find this restaurant to be a nice surprise in Cathedral City. The prices are slightly higher than surrounding restaurants, but the food is consistently delicious. I would give a 4 rating but their menu is limited in terms of curry dishes and there tends to be more bell pepper than I would like and it makes me think they use them as filler. The service has always been great.

We thought Edoko might make an acceptable change from some of our regular Palm Springs sushi hangs (Gyoro-Gyoro, Kiyosaku), but we were totally unprepared both for the fantastic food and the hyper-lively vibe. The blacked-out doors to this strip-mall location open onto a perpetually teeming dining room and sushi bar, where big-screen TVs play non-stop Asian rock videos -- which make for fascinating watching. The menu is mind-bogglingly extensive, listing everything from udon to tempura. We went straight to the specialty rolls and weren't disappointed. The fish is succulent and mouth-watering, and the selected sauces perfectly accompany the individual flavors. Service even on crowded nights is super-friendly, and the chefs keep the plates moving. This one ranks as our best discovery of the year so far.

Went to Umami Seoul last night for dinner with friends. Food was fantastic, per usual, and very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the amount of food one is served.Despite the name, this is primarily a sushi restaurant, with one short page of Korean specialties. I had the dragon roll. Yum!Service last night was irregular at best, which is contrary to my past experience.I highly recommend this restaurant.

What a treat to have found this Chinese restaurant in Cathedral City, CA. I ordered as a take-out for 3. Everything was delicious. Our big favorites though were the Roast Duck and the Singapore Style Vermicelli. Definitely will go back. I highly recommend. The place is small and the decor is not that great, but you go to a restaurant for the food. And the food there is a 5 star!

I have been coming here since 2014. The food is great. I still have to say that Won Ton soup is the best. I don't get there as often as I would like but it is my first choice in the Desert! Super quick very reasonably priced.

Welcome!!! Exit bustling Highway 111, pass the waterfall, cross the red footbridge over the golden koi and enter the delightful world of Japanese dining at Kobe Japanese Steak House. Experience the excitement and distinctive flavors of our authentic Japan
For me this is an special occasion restaurant which means it is too expensive to visit on regular basis. Dinner for two with two drinks came to almost $180 per couple including tip. But you can spend less if you skip the drinks and don't have an appetizer. This was Valentine's Day so we had reservations. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. We ordered drinks and waited about 10 minutes for them to come out. Their drink prices are reasonable and about the same as most restaurants of this quality, We choose to have an appetizer before dinner-enhanced California rolls. For the cost, they were on the expensive side for 8 rolls, maybe about $5 or $6 more than most places. They were good but not that good. The issue was they took so long to come out that some of the dinner was being served at the same time. 3 of us ordered the NY steak and pawns dinner and one ordered the chicken and pawns dinner. I suggest that you have the fried rice and not the white rice but it costs almost $6 extra which is about $3 more than it normally should be. Everyone enjoyed their food and there was plenty of it, including dessert, as we took some home. Our chef was friendly and talkative. They all put on the same show at this type of restaurant. This was nothing special. I would say come here for special occasions like Valentine's day, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. Be prepared to spend some money for a meal that is very good but not extraordinary.
