Food is much better than good..bad customer service though ...arrogant attitude from waitress/co-owner(maybe)? .plenty of rooms for improvement in reducing their ego .. also was charged $3.00 per head X 6 persons for cakage but was provided with a worn out meat cleaver for cutting the cake!?Hi Eric and thanks for your honest review - so glad you enjoyed the food! Of course, we were very unhappy to see the remarks on the customer service; I can assure you this was not Karen's intended demeanour to be portrayed. I apologise if this is how it came across. We've since purchased a shiny new cake knife too! I must admit, I'm embarassed about the meat clever - occasionally things go missing and I apologise your cake had to be the one to suffer. Thar Indian restaurant is the only authentic & modern restaurant in North Shore and ranked 1 on Trip Advisor in country NSW Orange area. It has an extensive range of wine collection and nice ambience to sit and relax.

Excellent tiny suburban Indian restaurant so booking essential, its as good as its sister restaurant Nilgiri but despite its squishy size itâs quieter and less frantic. Its better than our last visit. Poppadums and pickles are the best anywhere. Veg Tasting menu provides excellent flavours and there was plenty of food. Love the curry and the dosi.Highly reccomended.

Peacock Gardens has been around a long time in Crows Nest. It is well known and many business meetings, family gatherings, celebrations & staff lunches happen here. Came here with a small group. Matthew the owner realised that some our party did not eat items that were ordered so he made sure that a substitute item was brought so that everyone at the table would enjoy their meal. Have never seen service like that in a long time - it was above and beyond what you expect in a restaurant these days especially since we are not regular diners here. Good Chinese food and service s good by waitstaff. It's more high end Chinese restaurant dining in a smaller setting.

This is a great little restaurant, just off the main road in Neutral Bay, but feels like a regular local haunt. The food is outstanding and packed with flavour. I especially loved the creativity in the presentation. The service is warm, friendly and attentive.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food at the Malabar and the attention and service by the staff was great. We ordered the Samosas, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala and the Korma along with rice and roti, all of which was very tasty. In addition the restaurant was not very noisy so our group could easily can on a conversation. Will be making a return visit next time in Sydney.

We were recommended this restaurant at the end of the street we were staying on. Simple food, communal tables and tasty food. Be prepared to queue, but it's worth it.

I love this place - really love it. I would have eaten here hundreds of times. There are a few things to know. The decor and menu have not changed for years/ever, many of the staff have worked there for 20 years plus and the owner Stanley is there every night. The place is popular. Business men eat there and take their families. Children who were taken there come back when they are older. It's restaurant genius. You always get great food, you always get great service and you are alway made to feel special. If i was going to have one last meal it would be at this place.

I love an Indian meal and was not disappointed with this restaurant. It was busy but service was great and the menu choice excellent. Portion size was just right and the taste and flavour spot on. Next visit to Sydney and we will return!

Ate at Infuzions for first time in a year. Had made online booking which they had not received (suggest checking) - but they found us a table. Food was good but I felt prices had gone up a little. $170 for 4, byo wine. Not over the top but up a little. Always nice environment and friendly service.
