What a bunch of idiots. Completely failed to deliver an on line order, phoned several times - sounded like a fight was going on in the background. Guy couldnât understand why I was calling. Utter crap service. Donât bother unless you are happy having your time wasted.

I am a big fan of Thai food, so was delighted to find the Siam Bistro while on holiday. Booked a table for a Monday evening and it was really busy. Had the vegetarian spring rolls to start and the vegetarian pad Thai for mains. Was really impressed with the flavours and the service. Will look forward to returning next year.

The worst curry I've ever had. The prawns were rubbery. The sauce sweet. Given the good reviews, I can only think that the takeaways are done by a different chef.We all had different things and the highest compliment was "not good, is it?"Anyway, note to self: never go back.

We are very pleased that our favourite Chinese is now open after a much needed facelift! We love the food......by far the best Chinese around, we happily travel from Barnstaple & our friends from Exmouth.The food is always delicious,great value & now thankfully the restaurant now looks much nicer after the redecoration.We look forward to our next visit. You wonât find better Chinese food, friendly service from Ian,well worth a visit.

We would definitely go back. From the start, the chap on the till, clearly inundated with orders, via phone and walk ins, dealt with it all so professionally, remaining calm, polite and efficient. Singapore noodles were lovely but had bean sprouts in them, which we hadnât experienced before from any restaurant in this dish and unfortunately we donât like them but weâll remember next time to request otherwise. The king chilli prawns were amazing as they have been before hence we returned. Chicken chow mein was apparently equally enjoyable (we ordered without the bean sprouts) and almost dry rather than the wet slop sometimes delivered from some establishments . Prawn rice was great value, plenty of king prawns and the rice was lovely. We will be ordering again. Thank you.

Tried to go here on Wednesday and found it shut, unfortunately we went back the next day, we really shouldnât have bothered.The place itself is spotless and the staff very nice and pleasant.The food itself was terrible, we ordered chicken curry, sesame chicken, chicken chow mein, rices and chips.I donât know what cut of chicken was used in the sesame chicken, it reminded me more of squid, very rubbery. The chow mein had no taste to it at all and the curry was probably the worst I have ever attempted to eatWe ordered the meals to share, I had one piece of sesame chicken, one forkful of chow mein and a little more of the curry. when at home I normally finish off anything thatâs left, not here, we threw half if it in the bin.Would never go back.

The owner fitted us in when it was quite busy, and our food arrived quickly (which was great with small kids!). It was delicious, even the kids finished it all up. Highly recommend - a great spot to visit after RHS Rosemoor.

Lovely food. Classic anglicised Chinese food. Crispy duck, yum. Peppery squid (salt pepper squid) fried rice and prawn noodles. Yum yum. King prawns were cooked perfectly and really juicy and tasty, yum yum yum! Oh and very nice prawn crackers too of premium quality. Waitress extremely polite and friendly. Only niggle was bottled water was room temp.

We had just arrived for a weekâs holiday and called here for a take away after reading them reviews. We ordered ribs as starters then duck in peking sauce, chicken in black bean sauce, special meat curry and rice. The food was fabulous except the curry as the sauce was thin and had no taste. We would still use this place again but wouldnât have the curry.

We called in without booking and was found a table. Restaurant was busy but service was excellent. Food was amazing if perhaps a bit salty. Wine was very good value.Thank you very much and we will certainly return.
