This is the best Chinese place in this area. The food is alway delicious and it has a nice environment. My family and I recently discovered this place and we have been going often for the past few months. The bathroom is newly remodeled and the service is decent.

First visit to this restaurant on a special Jazz night. Two sets, house was full because it is not very large. Food was above average, expensive for Chinese cuisine, but no cover and no minimum for the set of jazz by well established performers. Nice to enjoy jazz so close to home without hassle.

High-quality Chinese take-out is offered here, in good quantity, and at reasonable prices. Haven't found anyone else in the area to quite match them, and that's saying a lot, since there are a number of good places for take-out within a modest drive.

It was a running joke in my family that the inconsistent, mediocre service in this place was well worth the outstanding food. (We always figured the amateurish serving staff--sometimes local college kids-- was what kept the prices down compared to the other local places). Most surprising, the plating and the presentation of all of the food (Fusion as well as sushi) was 5-star--truly works of art. Unfortunately, we returned in May 2017 and found a big menu change. Many of the Fusion dishes were gone. The Sushi and Sashimi special plates went up a few bucks, but seemed to have less variety of fish. The service was still mediocre and, not surprising, the place was empty at 7pm on a Friday. I hate to give a bad review to our old favorite, but they need to turn some stuff around soon.

Hop Hing has been around for years. I probably ordered take-outs from here over 100 times. While nothing is fancy or dazzling, it has been solid and decent. Whenever I don't feel like cooking and don't like breaking my bank either, I pick up the phone and order takeout from Hop Hing. My food is usually ready in 10-15 min. I have not tried their delivery services so no comments here. There are a few tables and chairs for diners now and menu has expanded to include some Thai and Japanese dishes, but this place is mostly known for reliable Chinese take outs.I have been happy with Hop Hing.

Its run by a couple that work hard, provide amazing service and top quality food in an informal happy and slightly crazy manner. Have been there umpteen times, never disssapointed with food, service or humor. They always throw in extra dishes. Its a BYOB. Highly recommend it, very very affordable.

Always good, always fresh sushi and never have to wait for a table. Atmosphere and service are fine, nothing special, but the food doesn't disappoint. They also have a full bar which is unusual at Japanese restaurants in this area. The hot saki is served extremely hot but it's good once it cools down a bit.
