Paynes Find Gold Battery

I was on my way back to Perth from Cue and made a quick stop in Paynes Find Gold Battery. The museum was small but informative with a video explaining the whole gold production process. In the video we also founded out that this gold battery were the last gold battery in Australia that was ran by a woman which is unique. Even Malcolm Douglas made a visit to this unique location. If people is stopping at Paynes Find for a quick refreshment I suggest you drive up 500m to this unique Battery and support it to preserve this bit of history.
