Dunedin High And District Court

Reviewed By LindainLakewood - Lakewood, United States

We just saw the outside of this building from across the gardens at Anzac Square in Dunedin. It was built in 1902 and makes a nice reflection of the train station. Flowers were blooming which added to the square’s beauty. It’s still an active court house so I’d advise you to be on best behavior to avoid seeing the inside.

Located in the city center of Hokitika, the Town Clock is an iconic feature of the community. Complete with a see-through archway, a functional clock, and a bell tower with ornate metal trim, this structure is one of the most photographed in the area.

What a joy to return to the Town Hall for Martin Setchell's inaugural concert on the restored Rieger Pipe Organ. The venue has been marvelously restored, so congratulations to all those involved - you've done the city proud. Oh, and the concert was superb! Well done, Martin!
