This is a long day trip out of Jakarta but well worth it. Our guide Thomas was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the entire trip. Our driver Dona also did an excellent job of navigating both the highways and mountain roads. We had a perfect day at the volcano and an overall great trip. My wife and I booked this as a private tour and had no worries about COVID, as both our driver and guide maintained all of the protocols required while showing us the sites. I highly recommend them.

Not very busy during the day but maybe I was just on Airport at a specific time. It would be great if this train would connect each major part of Jakarta. Altogether big improvement and upgrade to existing Airport.

The main Jomblang Cave activity page already has got all the typical reviews so here's some info pertaining to this item in particular. This is just an admission ticket and is ideal for anyone who's already got their own transport plans and wishes to pay using their credit card instead of cash on site. The tour agency's number provided on the email confirmation; you can contact them via WhatsApp. I texted them beforehand to make sure things were confirmed and the staff were responsive and friendly. Give them a text/call if there are any issues with the Jomblang Cave crew not accepting your ticket on site.
