We decided to visit the Nazca Lines and Ballestas Islands on a relatively short notice. In spite of this, Derwis and Vilma took action and made all the reservations within 24 hours, and communicated with us constantly to make sure we knew what was going on at all times. The trip was well-organized and everything went according to the itinerary. Paracas, where we stayed, is a beautiful city. At night we dined at some of the restaurants by the seaside and enjoyed relaxing and pleasant views and walks. The food was superb too! Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this memorable experience! - Hannah and Juan.

I would second the extensive positive review posted here by Dorito50, one of my traveling companions. Especially notable was the individual attention paid by Nely, whose personal visit the night before ensured that we had all needed tickets and that all questions were answered. The early morning pickup by our driver Eduardo and the rendezvous later in Ollantaytambo were handled with military precision. Our Machu Picchu guide Paul was more knowledgable and personable than we could have hoped. It was a long day, but a satisfying one.

We had a great trip to Machu Picchu booked with Cusco Unique Experience. It was a private tour, which I highly recommend for this important site. Karina and Brian worked with us to plan the perfect trip for us. They are flexible and will plan the trip that you want. Prior to the trip they sent the itinerary so we knew what we were going to do. We were met at the airport, even though out flight was very late, and driven to our hotel in the sacred valley that used to be a hacienda. Our guide for the sacred valley and Cusco was Rina, and we felt we saw and learned so much about the Incas. Our guide for Machu Picchu was Alex. He met with us the night before we were going to Machu to tell us what to bring, what not to bring, and what to expect. He met us at our hotel on Machu Picchu morning to walk to the bus with us. He explained so much about the Incas and Machu Pichu. He helped us with our photos and suggested good places to take photos. It was so great to have a private tour. We spent two more days touring with Rina ending in Cusco. We were offered one more activity to end our tour and we chose a cooking class. That was a riot because the chef spoke Spanish but the restaurant provided a someone to translate for us. The food was delicious. Our driver picked us up at 4:30AM for our vert early flight to Santiago, Chile. Overall, it was a wonderful trip. We loved Peru and we were totally satisfied with Cusco Unique Experience.

We stood a few days in Cusco and wanted to explore the area and landscapes around the city. We’ve heard that lake Humantay was supposed to be beautiful but also a 3 hours ride away from Cusco town. We could have taken a guided tour but wanted to do it individually because we’re really not into tours... So we decided to hire this taxi rental company since it had really good recommendations already. Plan was to get a taxi that picks us up at our hostel in Cusco, drive us to lake Humantay, wait a couple of hours there until we come back, and bring us back to our hostel in Cusco. Thus, we just contacted this company via WhatsApp which was easy and super fast to come an agreement. Everything went excellent! The rental company sent us Ramon, the friendliest driver ever! He was driving very safe and asked several times if we’re okay. He took care of our luggage and stopped a few times for everybody to go to restrooms. Then he waited for more than 4 hours for us to hike to the lake and come back. Besides he was super patient since we were driving with 2 more people that came back hours later from the lake. He even helped us to find them in order to go back to Cusco in time. All in all we’re more than satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it. Also the rates are super cheap especially if you share the taxi with other people. Additionally, we would like to say: a big thank you to Ramon! Best regards, Vanessa and Benjamin

We went to hike around the sacred valley of the Incas which was amazing. We and our guide were the only hikers on the trail; the path was great; porters very friendly, the food of our chef fantastic. All the crew of Happy Gringo tours gave us a nice experience. The guide Henry is highly recommend to hike with to Machu Picchu. Thanks for this lifetime experience,

The Sacred Valley sits on the banks of the Urubamba River, in Inca times it was very important in agricultural production, on the tour you will visit its beautiful traditional towns settled from ancestral times, which preserve their culture, art and architecture, we will visit Pisac, where the fertility of its lands and the strategic location made it occupied since pre-Inca times; Ollantaytambo, an archaeological complex that was a military, religious and agricultural center, we will finish with a stop at the Chinchero viewpoint. A stop is made for lunch in Urubamba. Due to time limits established by the Ministry of Culture, we do not visit the Chinchero archaeological complex. Duration: 11 hours (Reference from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm).
Inclusions: Transport service, Guide Service, Lunch
Exclusions: Entrance tickets to places of visit, Services not specified., Travel insurance, Expenses for inconveniences
We were very impressed with the quality and value of our tour. We have lived In South America for the past year and we finally made it to Machu Picchu! Eco Tours helped to make our tour really magical! They did a really good job of being well-organized and punctual. We did the 2-day Sacred Valley and train tour to Machu Picchu with them and everything was spot-on, the guides were courteous and their knowledge of the history was stellar. We really appreciated the good briefing before our Machu Picchu visit, they completely customized the tour to our speed, and yet we didn’t feel we missed anything. (Did you know that there are no bathroom facilities once you get inside the ruins!? We were really happy to have known that in advance!) We really appreciated the personalized service, and the owner, Lida, even checked in with us to be sure that everything went well, which was most appreciated. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed one of the most magical days of our two weeks in Peru after we employed Inka's Connection to take us to Kinsa Cocha, high (14,000 feet) mountain lakes near Pisac. Benjamin expertly drove us back and forth from our Cusco hotel. Rolando was our guide. He took us first to his home, where his wife and mother showered us with flower petals and gave us coca tea, intended to make our walking easier. As we walked, Rolando stopped often so that we could catch our breath and he could answer our many questions about life in this rather remote area. The hike is not hard, some little ups and downs, but the difficulty is that all of it is at 14,000 feet. At the end of our hike, we returned to his home, where we had an excellent hot lunch, met his youngest (5 month old) daughter and had the opportunity to purchase some of his wife's weaving. Very few tourists come to Kinsa Cocha, which preserves its traditional way of life. A very special day which we will always treasure. Thanks to Anzony Sanchez at Inka's Connection, who made it happen.
