The Pearl of the Mediterranean has an ambiance more in keeping with its neighbors to the north than with those in the Middle East. Site of Pharos lighthouse, one of the Wonders of the World, and of Anthony and Cleopatra’s tempestuous romance, the city was founded by Alexander the Great in 331 BCE. Today, Alexandria offers fascinating insights into its proud Greek past, as well as interesting mosques, the casino strip of the Corniche, some lovely gardens and both modern and traditional hotels. This was exceptionally good. Great way to experience all main sights in two packed days, while being flexible with you individual needs. We traveled with 5 year old daughter and felt highly comfortable completing the whole program. The price is ridiculously low. All tickets are included as well as lunches for both days. You will spend the same just on tickets and taxis between the sites with no guide if you try to do it yourself. And the guide. If you buy this tour - ask for Fatima. She made this tour unforgettable, being absolutely passionate about her job and history of this interesting country. She was chatty, always ready to help and adapt, answered any of our questions about history, current life of the country and on recommendations where to have dinner. We visited during Ramadan, so all museums closed at 15.00, but she managed to organise everything so that we made it to all points. On top of that she was able to keep the pace of storytelling even in the middle of the heat and fasting without water (you remember we had this tour during Ramadan?). So all in all Fatima was the one, who made us enjoy Cairo and admire great history of Egypt.

At the end of April we were on holiday in Sharm el Sheikh. Our group wanted to visit the city and, by luck, we booked a city tour with the Sharm Smile Tour. We liked it very much. We were all delighted with this experience. There were wonderful few hours, which passed very quickly. We really appreciated the fact that our guide speaks English very well and gave us a lot of interesting information. We enjoyed the tour, we have beautiful memories and the joy that we had a good guide and all the organization of the tour was carefully done.

Unforgettable trip, excellent organization, everything with a synchronism and a lot of attention. All our requests, which we made to the agency's support team, were promptly attended to, with affection. The guide who took care of us had a profound knowledge, with a university degree in history and a specialization in tourism, and gave us a perfect history lesson. We were enchanted with his words, always full of feelings, which transported us to the millennial culture of Egypt.

I had a wonderful experience with Delixe Travel and specifically our Egyptologist Ahmed Zaki. Deluxe travel was efficient, friendly and courteous with airport transfers and getting us to our hotel. They also offered to assist with COVID testing. We felt safe and secure at all times with their team. Touring with Ahmed Zaki was very special. He is knowledge and passionate about the history and eager to answer questions and point out small details that would otherwise go unnoticed. He was very communicative and helped us tailor the tour based on our interest. Just a great overall experience.

it is a Mediterranean port city in Egypt. During the Hellenistic period, it was home to a lighthouse ranking among the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World as well as a storied library. Today the library is reincarnated in the disc-shaped, ultramodern Bibliotheca Alexandrina. The city also has Greco-Roman landmarks, old-world cafes and sandy beaches. Its 15th-century seafront Qaitbay Citadel is now a museum.
Inclusions: Lunch, Air-conditioned vehicle, All Fees and Taxes
