I just ate here with my friends and must say I have rarely (if ever) met a nicer staff! Lmaâlim (owner) was very welcoming and helpful in explaining all the ingredients (I have many allergies). I would highly recommend the place as it is also English, allergy, gluten and vegan friendly.Lmaâlim thank you for your hospitality. (Greetings the girl from Amsterdam)

we visited as a couple, the place is simply great.Excellent food, wonderful service, warm and respectful team, ambiance and setup is elegant yet cosy. the Shisha is by far the best that we tried so far. and equally importantly; the price range is fair. we recommend everyone in Ramallah area to try it.

Me and two of my friends who came from outside of the county went there to have lunch, because they wanted to compare it with Azkadenya in Amman, Jordan but they refused to let us in, saying that itâs only for families. The waiter was very rude as he didnât even listen to us.Very rude rule and bad hospitality, the management should be ashamed for doing this with their clients.

It's already the second time that I have lunch here and my rating remains at 5. The menu is varied and the products are very nice. The prices are ok and the plates are well served. I would like to recommend the "Surf and Turf Side beef fillet" as well as the "Chicken liver" and the "Pocadeli Chicken and Shrimps".If you plan to go for lunch around 12:00, please book in advance as the restaurant only opens at 14:00.

A truly fantastic level of service throughout! The food was incredible and really good value for money. I highly recommend their Frikeh with vegetables, Tabouleh salad and freshly squeezed Eucalyptus and mint juice. A great place in Ramallah Old City that you must check out!

We entered the part of the cafe that was transferred into Sushi and Wok for Asian cuisine and the decor was nice and there was nobody smoking sheesha there so it was a good place to eat unlike the outer area where people are always smoking so your food will be wrapped with smoke fumes. You can see the chef preparing the meals in the back so you know your food is fresh. The service was fast and on point and the waiters and manager were very friendly. The in-out sushi rolls were very delicious and we also had pad thai which was okay but not amazing and sticky thai rice which was very good. The prices are not very cheap compared to local prices and the price for the above with drinks and a chocolate mousse was about 50 usd or 200 Shekels. We had a birthday so they put a firecracker on the chocolate mousse and they included it in the bill which I found strange because most restaurants do not. Overall, it was a good experience.

This place is the most restaurant I hav eaten in it in Ramallah . As a sea food taster and lover this place is definitely my favorite place in Ramallah for now . The food is great and fresh salads . Not a cheap place for most of Palestinians but itâs in a medium-high price range . A friendly advice is the service and staff they could make a little more better .

I have been wanting to give Ziryab a try for a while, but when we finally had a chance to visit our meal was mostly disappointing.The food is overpriced for Ramallah, even for touristy/western catering places. You can get a much better meal for much less elsewhere. Also, the service was very lacking. It took ages just to get a menu and our drinks... and one of the dishes we ordered never arrived at all!The dishes we tried were good, but nothing exceptional. The fukhara was very bland and lacked some seasoning. Out of the dishes we tried, the Fattoush Salad, was very good and was a generous portion. Other dishes left us unimpressed.I would probably not visit again, just over food at over priced prices and there are some better places to eat in Ramallah.Hello Mr Filoulou, We are sorry about the the bad experience you had in ziryab And about the dish that did not arrive to the table thank you for reviewing .
