Had come across all the positive reviews on Zomato and decided to try out this restaurant for a family gathering. The place is located conveniently and good seating arrangements for families upstairs as well. Wouldn't describe it as a spacious setting , but has got fair seating and they have managed to arrange things to maximize seating. We had booked in for a 20 pax iftar. Some of the Iftar reviews 'clearly the sponsored kinds' seem to glorify the whole thing. The starters are limited. Just one samosa and Aloo bonda is just served once in single pieces !! I guess even the most lamest of buffets would serve multiple pieces for customers for snacks. The seafood soup was average, they could have just done a basic lentil soup without sounding fancy and serving a lame chowder based soup. Keeping the sub par snacks and soups and salads aside. Let's move to the mains; since we were fasting and had returned back after prayers, the buffet items had run out !!! Kebabs - Over, Biryani and Ouzi the meat/chicken pieces were over, Butter chicken - pieces over. Mind you they have just 5-6 menu items in real. And all of them had run out, the service team got back saying since they make things fresh it would take time !Which means post breaking fast and prayers , we had to wait until they took theri own sweet time and cooked the foods. Our reservation was done 3-4 days in advance and the team had not even planned the servings. Most of us who had returned from prayers had to scavenge for the left overs in the trays. The kebab plates were empty for a good 20 minutes. By the time the food was replaced, we were done with whatever we could eat.Taste wise, the kebabs and biryani were average, the butter chicken was good. The ouzi was mediocre. Haleem was quite bad too. Had some hopes on the desserts. This was outright below standards and over sweet. I have had better sweets from roadside cafeterias.Really had high hopes for this place from all the reviews. Dear 'Foodie Influencers' if you really want to know how a restaurant works, go in on a normal weekday, not for those media events where everything is well planned and service at its best. To sum up, the restaurant has a nice interior setting, a clueless service team, some good food, but poor customer management and quite bad desserts. Not worth the AED 59 tag. There are much better options available in Ajman for Iftar buffets.

I took a chance of driving my business partner to this restaurant that I haven't been to before, but heard about from my friends. A perfect choice if you look for extensive Russian / Central Asian menu. Our order was as follows. Salads: pickled cabbage, spicy carrot, and Olivier (all three - typical Russian appetizers). Soup: borshch. Mains: Pelmeni, Manti (both - meat dumplings, but made differently), and Khanum (meat lasagna kind of stuff). All these courses were presented well and tasted great. The decor and set up are very simple, but accurate. Waiters are quick and efficient.

Serving authentic Emirati and Levantine Cuisine. The Grove boasts magnificent views of Ajman's pristine mangroves and turquoise lagoons. Come for a refined dining experience or our chilled vibes where you will be surrounded by greenery all around you.
When it comes to delicious Emirati cuisines, it is difficult to find a quality upscale restaurant outside of 5 star hotels in Ajman. Fortunately, The Grove restaurant in Al Zorah Golf Club is one of the best in the city without breaking the bank.Immediate upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted with the stunning view of the Al Zorah natural reserves, which is more of a wetland/nautrualb reserves where if you are lucky, you will see wildlife and different points in the year. There is outdoor seating which is amazing during night time in the summer and of course at any point during the winter.Shisha is available on the patio which is always nice to enjoy after your meal.As for the food itself, I would say it is over of the best Emirati cuisines in the entire country that I have had, that includes Dubai, where the quality tends to be high. What I enjoyed the most about The Grove is that t the food here keeps in mind the authenticity of the cuisine while considering what eaters whom are not used to the cuisine would be interested in and created a menu that is so delicious that you want to order the entire menu.Normally I wouldnât go to another Emirate for a meal but for The Grove, I would be happy to make that drive any time.
