A good workout climbing the steep hill to get to the castle ruins. A fun piece of history for those of us who grew up reading Robin Hood. Beautiful views from the ruins.

You have total access to walk around free of charge. Most of the remains are in ruins and there’s a circular mound of dirt. Still, there are some walls and there is a gladiator school nearby. Being able to walk though is historic.
