Located in West Yarmouth on Cape Cod, Ann & Fran's Kitchen has been serving friends and neighbors since 1975. Celebrating 10 years of Duarte family ownership, A&F reopens for the season on March 8, 2018 with an eclectic menu of scratch made, unique breakf
Another wonderful surprise. After driving past Ann and Fran's many times, I decided I was not going to pass up another chance, particularly with the updated menu and decor. A mix of urban contemporary and Cape Cod nautical might sound odd, but it works. The cozy (and i mean tiny) restaurant does a lively business from 7am to 2pm. After a wait on a Saturday of about 30 minutes, we were seated and everything on the menu sounded amazing. We opted for the Eggs Benedict. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the hollandaise was some of the best I've ever tasted. Thy could be ordered with ham, or with a vegetarian option that was served with roasted tomatoes and asparagus. There are quite a few vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Chef Tyler Duarte has owed and operated the restaurant since 2008, and his skill as a chef shows in the extensive and delicious menus. The service made you feel like one of a large, extended family, with Chef Duarte pitching in to assist his staff and oversee the dining room with a smile.

Most excellent place for breakfast in Hyannis. Fast, friendly service, good coffee and many choices for breakfast or brunch. A true gem!

Serving Breakfast All Day & Lunch year round. We host daytime and evening Private Events in the charming antique Sea Captain's home.
Walked in a hot day to an AC unit attempting to cool down an entire restaurant that was sweltering. Stuck with the traditional breakfast as certain menu items were as high as $18-20 for breakfast! Unexpected...not sure Iâd return. Wound up being $57 plus tip for 4 people sticking to a basic breakfast.

Party of 8 for dinner. Food delicious. 3 of us had cranberry/nut encrusted cod which was great. Highly recommended. Homemade rolls fantastic.

Warm, family-friendly tavern featuring brick-oven pies, New American dishes, beer, wine & cocktails.
The service was excellent. The pizza (Italian Sausage with peppers) was very good. The unusual chowder was interesting. Crab Cakes needed more crab, although the accompanying aioli and relish were very good. The signature Seared Scallops with ravioli disappointed, the dish being too salty overall and the rich sauce, we felt, overwhelmed the flavor of the scallops. I would go back only for the pizza, or maybe to try other dishes.

The Keltic Kitchen is a very popular breakfast restaurant on Cape Cod. They are open daily from 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM. They have their own off-street parking lot. The reputation of this restaurant is such that they are frequently crowded, especially during the summer season. Plan your visit accordingly, as you may have a waiting line with which to deal. They are noted for their friendly staff, good service, welcoming Irish ambiance & decor, clean cozy cafe style interior, fair prices, excellent tasty food and huge servings. Our traveling companions had been here in previous years and wanted to show off this restaurant to us. Although we are typically not breakfast fans, we wanted to give the Keltic Kitchen a try. They definitely lived up to their reputation. Even eating at 7:00 AM, we felt no need for more food that day until dinner. While on the Cape, we ended up having breakfast here a couple times. Among the items that we enjoyed were their Keltic Benny (2 poached eggs on corned beef hash, English muffin, hollandaise sauce and home fries), Seafood Benny (lobster, shrimp, scallops, clams, pepper, onions with 2 eggs, toast and home fries), Veggie Benny, Reuben Sandwich, Pumpkin French Toast, and Sliced Corned Beef & Eggs. When visiting this part of Cape Cod, whether or not you are a breakfast fan, I recommend you give the Keltic Kitchen a try.

Three of us had a delicious meal at the Spoon and Seed. Though it is not a fancy restaurant ("rustic, down to earth" might do) the service was excellent and the food was delicious with large portions. We had to take two out of the three dishes home to enjoy an another day they were so plentiful. We had the Hippie Burger, Curried Chicken, and the Chicken Parm sandwich and none of us were disappointed in our choices. The restaurant is not your typical location for a Hyannis restaurant. It is neither in downtown Hyannis; nor is it in the mall or on Route 132. It is close to Independence Drive, which connects to Route 132. They are open Tuesday through Friday for breakfast and lunch, and Saturday and Sunday for brunch. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Check it out if you are in the Hyannis area for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

This place used to be insanely rude, but fun! You wrote your own slips, poured your own juice and coffee and maybe, just maybe your order came out correctly! And if you tipped....it went into a huge stainless bowl and they rang the bell! Niw, nothing to write about. Our server was lovely but the food is average. I ordered wet scramble..Very dry. Pop over was fun with marmelade.I would not return.

Been passing this place for ten years and finally decided to try it. We were not impressed. The menu had a little of everything on it, and we tried a variety of different things. None of them were very good. The interior is dark and dated, and service was very average. There are too many good places around to go here, sorry.Sorry you were not impressed. We always wish for our customers to have a great experience, and most of them do. If you would like to contact me further about what meals you had, I would be happy to discuss any issues that came up. [email protected] Have a good summer!
