We stopped by after cleaning out my Mother's apartment as she was moving to assisted living in a residential place. We split the fish and chips. Four pieces of breaded fish. Enough for two. A little soggy. Good blue cheese slaw. Good service. Pleasant servers. Noisy.

Portia's Café offers a delicious and creative variety of vegan and gluten-free appetizers, meals, drinks, and desserts. The entire menu is vegan and gluten-free, with the exception of honey for tea.
Very "intimate" and excellent alternative natural foods establishment in a small strip center along a north-south artery parallel to I-71 north of OSU campus. Many raw food as well as cooked options. I had the vegetable curry soup, she had chilled broccoli/almond soup, we shared an appetizer guacamole with chips. Check out the regular menu as well as daily specials. For a sweet tooth, the best non dairy cheesecake varieties you'll encounter anywhere.

Sadly we will not return following an unhappy experience in which we both had dishes best described as truly awful. A soggy, sloppy risotto so salty as to be almost inedible and a disgrace to any kitchen. My guest immediately rolled her eyes and offered me a taste. A mermaid's loins could not have been saltier and the dish bore no resemblance to a freshly prepared rissoto to and may have loitered in Davy Jones for a while before being foisted on us. My ahi tuna was as dry as bone and reclined ininvitingly on a bed of gummy rice. We noticed large amounts of food had been left on the tables around us so we may not have been the only disappointed guests. The staff were all charming and attentive and the table linen and silverware were both immaculate. Certainly not the least fine dining and for $105 an insult to the profession. After having written over 50 books on food and eaten at many hundreds of fine restaurants world wide this establishment resembled a funeral home from the outside and our dinner fitted in well.

A former hardware store space in the quaint downtown space of Old Worthington, offering a nice variety of pub/bar food with a made from scratch touch. Burgers, fish n chips, etc. A tasty grilled portobello sandwich. Good variety of regional craft brews and full bar.

the Pizza and wings are absolutely better than average! I especially enjoyed the special in-house sauce on the wings. It's like a creamy ranch, only way better. The pizzas can be customized and they all taste really delicious. It's the crust, or the ingredients or everything. This is a very lively place, though a bit loud, but it's ok if you are hanging out with friends and want to be loud.

A popular fast-paced, quality restaurant serving a varied menu for breakfast and lunch. You will enjoy unique combinations from daily specials, healthy or spicy options to gourmet plated meals. Our group gave high marks to the carbonara benedict with salad & triathlete (white omelet) with grainy toast, fruit. Come for the fresh tastes!

My friend and I enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar with the very tasty squash Appétit er in marainara sauce. As we only consumed one glass of wine, we were amazed that the signage on the road differed from the one on the building. !!!!! No one could explain the reason....!!!! So if looking for this restaurant trust the road sign, not the one on the building!!!!!!..Their marketing department must be mad or looney!

J. Gilbert's is an "upscale casual" steakhouse serving prime-aged beef cooked over a mesquite wood-fired grill. Guests enjoy various cuts of steak, fresh seafood (including award-winning crab cakes) & other house made favorites like the Maytag Bleu potato
Our reservation was for 7:30. We finally placed our order at 8:15. The salad arrived at 8:35. Not sure what the problem was. Our server, Jackson was the bright spot of the evening, very personable and accommodating. I was about to order the lobster risotto, then he told us that "there is no lobster meat in the dish, just lobster stock".Our entrees were good, although the mushroom risotto that accompanied mine was hopelessly over-cooked mush and not edible. We had not been back to this restaurant in a very long time, and sadly, its kitchen has gone down in quality quite a bit. With tip, our two entrees and two drinks totaled $117, which is quite a bit for just ok food. The table across from us sent one of their entrees back twice, and it took forever for the kitchen to get it right. There was a time when this restaurant was a consistent, high-quality, nice experience. Unfortunately, like many other restaurants, the clientele now wear jeans, shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, and even pajamas. The manager should give Jackson a huge bonus.

My family had the pleasure of eating a Sunday brunch at The Whitney House and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Fabulous service, delicious food and unique menu create a wonderful and enjoyable meal. Portions are large but not excessive and the starters are very shareable. Do not miss the sticky bun starter with candied bacon!!!! Truly heavenly! We all had different items from Ramen to biscuits and gravy with each delivered hot and delicious. Will be back!!

No other restaurant brings home the delicious diversity of American cuisine quite like Cameron's. Our chefs travel to such domestic culinary capitals as San Francisco, New Orleans, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. What they bring back are the very best
We were greeted quickly and seated right away (recommend reservations...it is a small place). My daughter had spicy fettucini and I had Shrimp and Grits. Both were very good.Service was spot on. This is an open kitchen so you could see the team working in the back and yet it wasn't as noisy as other "open kitchen" places I've been. We will be back!Thank you gabeh37 for your kind words! We are honored you chose to spend such a special day with us and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
