This is what an American Diner is about.. Take the 7 line to the front door...Red leather and polished chrome....spotless...Huge menu choice and big portions...best pancakes and syrup I've had in years....so good we returned for dinner and were really pleased. This place is a hidden Gem....even if not staying nearby...it is worth a visit for great food, value and atmosphere.

A perfect mix of dive bar meets gourmet burger bar. Itâs nothing fancy which makes it so much more amazing. The vibe here is awesome, from the music to the faux Louis Vuitton wallpaper draft system. Celine Dion pictures are plastered on the ladies room wall as an ode to her visit years back. The burgers are fantastic as well as the side like jalapeño Mac n cheese I and no they donât have French fries. ...wonât miss them

My wife and I visited Club A Steakhouse on a recent couple's visit to NYC. The rating on TripAdvisor got our attention (it was #1 in NYC at the time) and Bruno's story is an interesting one. The atmosphere is fantastic! They use fine details like real candles at every table and have a live two-string and saxophone band playing soft Jazz most of the time during dinner. Sets a great mood.We had salads to start and they were very good but not really exceptional. No complaints though. After the salads, and unsolicited, the chef provided a mushroom ravioli appetizer that was very good.Between this and the main course, there was a rather long wait. But we were chatting and enjoying the music. Then came the steaks and sides, we both had filet mignon and we got mac and cheese and mushrooms. The steaks were very well done with an excellent char on the outside and proper temperature inside. After the main course, again unsolicited, we were offered a variety of desserts. Tiramisu, chocolate cake and beignets. They were all good. All considered the meal was great. The only blemish being the long wait between the appetizer and the main course. The atmosphere is top-notch and the food is well above average.Great work Bruno!Hi Cbeard,Thank you for your kind review and I appreciate you choosing to eat at Club A while on a trip to NYC! I am happy you enjoyed your visit and hope to see you again. Bruno

Visited here two nights in row, the food is excellent and the selection of beer is good. Tried the Jackson Salad which is lovely for a carb free meal...well sort of. Also tried the coleslaw, tasted fresh and a tad touch of spice. The staff is really nice, the prices are great. I think the Jackson salad was $12, enough to fill and have room for drinks. There's a decent sized area to sit outside with about 8 tables. Inside is very warm from the kitchen, the area by the bar is cooler.

New Gastro Pub in the Dutch Kills area of L.I.C. Local hub, area game-changer, dedicated to our community and beyond!
Visited with my 3 kids and wife. No childrenâs menu but they brought coloring books for the kids and it has a family friendly vibe. Kids split a cheese pizza and fries. My wife and I had burgers which were both very good. The kids loved the ice cream sandwiches for dessert. Really good but limited beers on tap and yummy cocktails. Good find.

We were seated at a table on the back porch--so charming and quaint--for a recent Sunday brunch. The menu is varied enough that everyone can easily find something that appeals to their tastes. Service was great---attentive and helpful. All of our selections were prepared as ordered and tasty. Portions were more than ample. We will return!

This great little place was just down the block from my hotel, and Iâm so glad it was. Super friendly staff, from our server to the manager and cook/chef. The dinner portions were huge! If you order a dinner, be prepared to eat a ton of food, the meals themselves were large, but add the breads, the salads and pasta, and your got an idea of the amount you are served. The menu is both old school diner with burgers, sandwiches, and breakfasts, as well as fajitas, paninis, souvlakia, pasta and a whole variety of other options. I loved this little place. If I lived in Queens, this would be a regular haunt for me

This was our first time eating here. We found it on Trip Advisor. We really enjoyed eating here. They offered a full diner type menu-breakfast and brunch selections, burgers(7 oz), salads, vegetarian panini or wraps, sandwiches, desserts, milkshakes, smoothies and coffee drinks. I had challah French toast with fruit. My husband had an omelette with cheddar cheese and mushrooms. Both our orders included fresh orange juice and coffee. Everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. In addition we had very good service. If we are in this area again we will definitely eat here. One other thing - they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

street parking is the choice here, depending on the time of the day is not super hard to find parking. This place used to be a regular dinner, open late and stuff. over time they started to change and now they are some super upscale restaurant, very hip and very well crowded. Te food here got elevated and the taste here is king. MOSCATO- always get that sweet wine in my life. so we went ahead and got some sweet wine to start it correctly. TOMATOES SOUP- it tasted perfect, my friends love the soup here.TUNA TARTARE- looked so fresh a tasted so well seasoned, this is a very worth to try item from the menu.GOUDA DUCK BURGER- nice taste like Kibe, the gouda was very well blend into the burger, the burger was very nice a large, I go it with a salad and that was very well made as well.LAVA CAKE A LA MODE- nice and warm chocolate cake, with ice cream on top, perfect mix of hot and cold.Overall I am really impressed with the changes they have made over the years, they are elevated and much better than their original concept. Their food is better tan ever and I think they are an example of success.

The Best Barbecue in NYC! Offering SLOW SMOKED GOODNESS! Home of the "INFAMOUS" BURNT ENDS! Never had them, we suggest you do! Guaranteed to change your life!
I love BBQ and make it a point to trying BBQ whenever I am in a new area.I was looking forward to trying the best BBQ in Queens...Hits and misses....Pros and Cons....Service was very good and very pleasant.Restaraunt was clean.Had a nice Imperial IPA.My brisket was dry with no bark or smoke ring. There was a thin layer of fat that provided the only moisture. See picture.Rib tips were good...but Ive had better. They were out of sauced ribs so I went with dry rub. They were very good.Mac & Cheese was very creamy, not my style but good flavor.Other meals at the table were brunch related and enjoyed. It is probably a true statement, the best in Queens.
