Great outside seating in a beautiful/quaint rural NJ town. It's sometime hard to find a restaurant with a good outdoor atmosphere. The Tewksbury Inn has both an inside and outside bar as well as restaurant seating as well. The service is terrific as are the selections. A nice selection of beers and wines although the wine was mostly 1/2 bottle. Get there early, we had an early Friday dinner but by 7P there was 'No room at the Inn'.

Took my Dad here for his 86 birthday breakfast. Their chipped beef is tasty. I spilled my water as we were finishing up and our waitress was so kind. Thanks.
Weâve been to a lot of Subwayâs for lunch and dinner, but the Subway at the Whitehouse Station Mall is one of the nicest weâve seen in a long time. It was bigger than most and really clean looking. Subway is a franchise so the menu is basically the same at all Subwayâs, although some places the bread is fresher than others, depending on when the bread was made. The bread was fresh here and the service was good. Weâve been to this Subway several times and enjoy the Italian BMT subs.
Gourmet Hot Dog Joint, using Vienna Beef hot dogs with many different combinations of toppings.
Glad we stopped. Small inside, but has lots of outdoor seating. Service friendly and excellent. The Jersey dog is awesome...so is The Capone, Perogi and Mac and cheese dogs...all served in dog bowls.

A contemporary restaurant with a creative menu, dramatic interior and gracious service, Stoney Brook Grille is distinctive dining at its best. The perfect gathering place for families, friends and co-workers, Stoney Brook Grille's essence strikes just the
I was there for a business lunch. The location is fine with tables not so close preserving then pricavy. I got Ribbs (half portion) and they were great both as taste and size. Service a bit slow. Staff kind.

I have known about this farm to table deli/restaurant for years but had never stopped in. A few weeks ago, on a Tuesday morning I decided to stop in. They are closed on Monday, so Tuesday everything is made fresh and so the selection of available items t 11:00 am was limited. Still they had a wonderful chicken salad, which I enjoyed and I look forward to stopping in again when I can experience their full selection of salads, soups, sandwiches, entrees and deserts.

908-534-0001. Opened May 2012
I have not been here in several years mostly because I recalled it as being very noisy. This time there were very few patrons, so it was relatively quiet. I came here for a birthday dinner with a friend (at their request) and kept it simple with an order of the crab cakes ($20). My expectations were not high considering the how many quality crab cakes I have eaten over the past year in Maryland but felt I needed to know. Note they do have a diverse menu. The two crab cakes were pan seared, served with ginger mustard sauce, jasmine rice and vegetables (Carrots, zucchini and green pepper). Each crab cake appeared to be an ice cream scoop of crab mix equally cooked on both sides. They appeared to be broiled and did not have much if any lump crab meat, so I suspect it was a lower grade of crab meat. Overall, while better than expected it was a secondary rail product rather than the main line to Flavortown.Service was not great.

Delicious and quaint. Coffee bar offers many choices and you can doctor your drink as you see fit. My son loved the huervos rancheros.

Good diner
When traveling the New Jersey Turnpike we almost always stop hear, whether for breakfast, lunch, or just a snack. Weâre never disappointed with this classic American diner. The menu is huge, as are the portions, so donât over-order, unless you want left-overs for your next meal. If you become a regular, youâll start to recognize the waitresses. Service is brisk, but friendly and the place is impeccably clean.

We went to the Ryland Inn for dinner for the first time last week. It was early and there were only a few tables filled, however, the maître de took us to a small table for two which was within 3 feet of the neighboring setting. I requested a change of table and they did accommodate our request. The overall atmosphere of the Inn was very nice and the server was gracious and pleasant. Dinner orders were taken and served in good time, not rushed or too long for delivery. My husband's trout dinner was prepared as he requested but the serving portions of trout and accompanying shaved fennel consisting of 2 thinly shaved stalks were ridiculously small. I ordered Wood Roasted Steak Frites and added portion of roasted mushrooms, when it was brought out the steak looked to be prepared as I had requested, however, the chef had so overly salted the entire dinner that it was unpleasant to eat. The taste of the potato, steak and mushrooms were hidden by the over powering taste of salt. As this was the first time my husband and I dined at the Ryland Inn, we have no way of making a comparison, but we will not return.
