For a delicious burger at the first Tommy's location, join us at 5228 Camp Bowie Boulevard. From a delightful décor to a nice selection of beer and wine, you'll find everything you need for a wonderful meal. All locations are open on weekends.
We hadn't been to a Tommy's in some time but their anniversary hamburger special drew us out. Good, classic hamburger. Fries were good also. One way we judge an eating establishment is by the aftertaste. Good aftertaste! Recently ate cheese burgers at another well-know hamburger establishment, and we both experienced poor aftertaste. So of the two places, we will certainly head back to Tommy's!
My family ordered from this restaurant while I was visiting them over the summer. I've never eaten from this particular chain, but in my opinion the chicken was better than most take-out places. We also got a box of fries with the order that were delicious. After watching my uncle, and his kids pouring some of the gravy from the container of gravy we received onto their plates. I decided to follow their example and dunked my fries into it. It tasted better than any condiment I've tried in the past (so much better than ketchup or barbecue sauce).

I am always looking for a cool place to eat outside. This place is it! Our food was good, the beer was cold and the atmosphere was fantastic! Its Texas so outdoor dining isn't always best but if you are looking for outdoor seating this is worth trying! We will go back for sure.

A restaurant with such a reputation and at this price point should train their servers. Ours Saturday night was not just untrained, but offensive. He interrupted. Tried to take our plates away three times before we had eaten. After the second, my friend said, "We just want to finish our dinner!" Oblivious, he came again. I was looking at the extensive wine menu. He asked if I needed advice. I told him I was considering a Barolo, a St Emilion and a California Pinot Noir. He proceeded to explain that the Barolo is Italian, and has Italian herbs. The St. Emiion is French... James should not be offering wine advice. He reached in front of our guest's face to fill her neighbor's glass. This is not James's fault. It is the manager who put him on the floor without training. We provided this info in a comment card. No response.

The original is still the city's best. Bar none! I do miss the plate lunches they offered in the 70's, but understand why they went away. The burgers RULED!Thanks so much for your kind words, William! We can't thank you enough for your love and support over the years and we hope to see you back in again very soon.Sincerely,Christian Gentry, Owner

Born and raised in White Settlement and every time I come back from Michigan to visit family we always get in a trip to Soda Springs. The meats and "fixin's" always taste great and just like I remembered from way back.Good size portions, a great value, and we all leave satisfied. The people are very nice and make you feel right at home. The decor is very 'White Settlement' without being too kitschy.

I'm bot normally a big bbq fan...but this might have just changed my mind. Two of us had lunch special (brisket sandwich and fries), two had brisket tacos, and one had loaded baked potato. Food was very flavorful, meat tender, and sauce was perfect (not too sweet, not too hot). Counter staff friendly and food was hot and served quickly. Will definitely be returning! Good job, Woody Creek!

Fantastic place, but please look up address on Google. Trip Advisor is always tardy with new loctions, closings and changes. Don't miss out on this restaurant because you can't find it! Billy has moved to a much larger facility over on Camp Bowie. Worth the drive.

We started coming here when we lived close by but now we will drive the 40 minutes just to go for breakfast. Their breakfast burritos are so super yummy!! My whole family LOVES them and gets them every time. Their pancakes are my favorites now....better than Ihop! You always get seated quickly and the service has always been excellent! The whole staff works together to take care of the customers. Highly recommend!!
