Had breakfast here today. While we were a party of four the restaurant is set up with a lot of 2 seated tables, but our wait was nominal. The decor is plan and not that attractive. I noticed several uncleaned tables around us. The server took a while to come over, and then mixed up our drinks, but did correct the error. The menu is large, which I always find a little disconcerting. The food was OK, while everyone's breakfast was as ordered the food is piled up on the plate, heavily salted or drowned in sauce. The prices are inexpensive, portions are large and so likely a favourite for a type of diner but for more disconcerting tastes this may not be the place for you.

Have been going to the Chateau for 50+ years in Waltham. Couldnât find the Waltham listing, but itâs the same restaurant...different location I get together here with friends often throughout the year. Always enjoy eggplant parm. Thatâs what I get most of the time. And I look forward to it soooo much!

Stopped here on a Thursday night for a quick dinner. Found sandwiches, burgers, appetizers, and a variety of entrees on the menu. Expect lost of food at an OK price. I wasnât drinking that night but did see some interesting beer throughout the restaurant.

Our family visits this restaurant about twice a month for breakfast. We used to love it. The quality of the food and service has really gone down hill. I always get the western omelet. It doesnât have nearly the same amount of ham or veggies it used to. My husbands home fries were so greasy that he got a belly ache. Weâre hoping they get back to the quality they were about a year ago. Now itâs just average. Weâre going to look for a new spot. The staff isnât the same-hostesses wait staff, etc is all different. We only recognized one waitress. Really bummed.

We were excited to try Civic for its focus on being farm to table. We were surprised to learn that it is the clubhouse restaurant at a local golf course. This didn't dissuade us, but we aren't accustomed to eating out on the links. The atmosphere is clean if a bit spartan. Located in an old house, the walls have been rearranged to create large openings, but the tables in the dining room are split up and you can tell that there were multiple first floor rooms in this old home. The walls are decorated with antique photos from Westborough, which create a local interest. The floors are hardwoord and there are austere blinds on the windows. Thus, the dining room is a bit noisy as the sound ricochets off the hard surfaces. Needless to say, we could hear each other fine but we want to note it for those who may be sensitive to this. The cocktail program was intriguing. They covered their bases on all spirits, but bourbon and gin drinkers had multiple options. The wine list was adequate but a bit limited on options by the glass. They have multiple craft beers offered. The menu is diverse and they highlight their sources, which include multiple local farms for both meat as well as vegetables. We love this about them. The smoked gouda mac and cheese was a nice twist on the original. The arancini had a nice, fall spiciness to them. The scallops were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The spaetzel underneath was adorned with fresh winter vegetables and felt very light and healthy, even though it is winter. There was a buttery vinaigrette on it, however, the flavor was so delicate it was not noticeable. The tacos were tasty and the meatballs were well made. We ordered a side of truffle mashed potatoes and were a little disappointed -- the potatoes were fine, however the truffle flavor was so light and mild, it was barely detectable. The desserts were delicious; we ordered a blondie with ice cream and a blood orange cheesecake. The blondie was brought in from a local bakery, another local detail we feel compelled to mention in a positive way. We will return to Civic, as we enjoyed ourselves, the food, and the atmosphere. There are multiple menu items intriguing us, however the teens didn't enjoy it as much. They felt limited with the menu and we will probably return as a couple to enjoy the bar area or outdoor seating on our second visit.

Welcome to Harry's Restaurant, family owned and operated for two generations. A roadside diner serving some of the best fried clams in Metrowest. Harry's, known as a route 9 hangout, has been around since 1946. The decor is vinyl galore, but you can expec
We ordered a large WHOLE clam belly plate and got a whole lot of clam strips and the smallest bellies I'd ever seen. I had to blink a few times before I could see them. The plate was $26 which was not worth the money. Harry's do not take credit cards either which is fine if the meal was worth it which it was NOT!!!! I wish I had taken a picture of it because it was laughable when I saw it. I would have given 2 stars if the fried batter had some taste but it was so bland. I had to ask for more tartar sauce so that I could soak my clam strips in it. I would definitely not come back. Bernie's at Chicopee, MA has the best whole clam bellies if you're willing to drive further...huge bellies, the batter is tasty and great portions...it's well worth the money...fyi.

Once again a restaurant I have been wanting to try for years and a friend suggested this thinking I had been here with her before but...nope! Great steak...I got the beef ribeye. They have bison ribeye options too. Various burgers appear to be their mainstay but I am more of a beef girl...you get 2 sides. I chose roasted broccoli with parmigiana cheese and a 50/50 combo of fries and onion rings...perfection! Though I think I liked the onion rings more! The ribeye was fatty...more than I expected. I would I think go for the burger the next time. Thank you for the great review! We pride ourselves on serving great food paired with genuine hospitality and I am pleased to hear we delivered. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
