I had the brisket and boneless chicken wings .The brisket was good a little dry but tender,Itâs tough keeping brisket moist period. The boneless chicken wings were ok .Next time Iâll go with the bone.My son Had the chicken wings with the bone .Good choice .they were tasty with the medium hot sauce. The drinks were free refills witch was good. The wait staff was attentive and returned to our table multiple times to check on us .My bill was about 32.00 bucks .Thats pretty cheap for two barbecue dinners .This is a chain restaurant,Everything is pre made and portion controlled. It wasnât bad for the money.I guess if I was hungry for bbq Iâd go back and try something else

This place was a recommendation from the gal at a visitor's center in La Crosse. Was spot on. Although the bar area was busy with the Sunday game crowd , it was not noisy and very good service. We had a table by the window that we could see the water. Wished it wasn't raining as would have loved to be on their patio area.So happy to hear you enjoyed your time with us! We so appreciate the 5 star review. Thank you!

Late dinner due to late arrival. Wasnât too crowed for a Friday night in the summer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got to watch baseball and softball while eating which is always a good thing for our family.

My husband and I ordered from curbside takeaway last night and we were delighted with our delicious feast. The small steak, prepared perfectly medium rare for me, and lobster combo was plenty to eat and the price was excellent at $15.99. The Alice Springs chicken and coconut shrimp combo was very generous in serving size and my husband couldn't even eat it all. The seasonal veggies were hot, and the salad was fresh and full. Just an excellent meal like I expect from Outback!
I've stopped in quite a few times and have always been impressed. The service is great and the food is very good...my favorite is the beef steak panini. There is a nice seating area inside with great local decor. There is also a great patio area with tables. The ice cream is always great and they also offer a big candy selection and ice cream cakes.

This is a small local restaurant. Staff is friendly. Portions are good size. They have a varied lunch and breakfast menu. The food was good but average.

Burgers here are top notch and come with the choice of tator tots for a side. Also Friday fish special is very good.
We have been going to Nicks maybe 8 times a summer for 4-5 years. Regulars playing cards every time seems to be always true, bar usually has a dozen people. We order a pizza and beers and soda, price is cheap, pizza is pretty good for something frozen and popped into a mini slide oven. Staff is always open and friendly, building is more than a bit dated and run down, but that is part of its charm.

We have had the Friday night fish several times. It is very good, but you are very limited regarding sides (at least for carry out) The portion is not particularly generous, so sides make a difference. Prices are average to high.

Great Food, Friendly Service, Comfortable Atmosphere, Always accepting reservations, Breakfast 7 days a week, Supper Club Menu Thursday, Friday, Saturday Nights 4:30-8:30, Homemade Pizza, Prime Rib, Steaks, Seafood, Salad Bar
Had dinner there with family... Italian Chicken soup was interesting... flavorful with considerable solids and stuff... Shrimp was very good, hashbrowns were good, baby reds are not actual baby reds.. the are just small - mid-size red potatoes. hot chocolates were pretty good, the blackened Mahi mahi was dry. Service was fine, staff was friendly, facility is nicer than most real country restaurants. Basic prices seemed OK but several dinner items seemed pricey.
