New place that is getting a lot of business! Best Asian food in Haywood county. It does take reservations, but they can only hold it for 5 minutes because they are so busy. Good sushi, large portions. Good saki, too.

Stopped in while traveling - shrimp and fried tomato appetizer was very good. Meatloaf and the creole shrimp and grits all prepared well. Even the chicken was freshly made.Good place for locals and visitors alike - ample public parking. Would return again if in the area!

Bogart's Restaurant and Tavern provides steak and pub food along with an excellent beer and wine selection to the Waynesville, NC area.
Went there for a late Friday dinner. The ribeye steak sandwiches were excellent. They were done correctly as ordered and were very tender. The shrimp salad was more than one person could eat with very fresh greens. Likewise the steak salad. The waitress was Priscilla who was extremely friendly helpful and full of of knowledge a bbn out the local Apple Festival.Sounds like you had a great Friday night dinner with us! You can never go wrong with those ribeye steak sandwiches. We'll be sure to pass along your praise for Priscilla -- she's such a superstar! Hope to see you again sometime soon!Best,Dakota Sneed

"What great seafood!" We hear that all of the time and we are thankful to our diners. Great seafood in the Great Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina just a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Come join us at our new location just off of the Great
We were driving through NC and looking for a place for lunch. Came across this restaurant, and definitely beat the Sunday after church rush by about 10 minutes. This place was very busy, and the service was excellent!! We had a fantastic lunch!!I ordered the blackened fish with beans and rice, and my husband had the shrimp and grits cake. Both dishes were fantastic!! Great flavor, and perfect amount of spice! Need to remember this next time we are driving through!!

Pisgah Inn does not take reservations so itâs a first come first served basis. This being our first we figured weâd arrive 20 minutes before opening time. Mistake, there were 20 tables ahead of us. Eventually seated 40 minutes later we were excited to look over the menu in spite of the fog which totally blocked any view. A nice basket of biscuits came out with a nice whipped butter, in the south a little honey would have made those homemade biscuits even better. Finally we ordered. My wife started with the pumpkin soup which our server Trae advised might be a little on the sweet side, âit tastes like pumpkin pieâ. He was right, but definitely over spiced. I ordered the Smoked trout with capers red onions carrots, salad and dill sauce. Nicely done, probably the second or third best Iâve had. Next we both had the Chicken pot pie while good had very little chicken but was hot on a cool foggy day. Instead of the somewhat shredded chicken, chunks would have been better. If traveling on Blue Ridge in the future we will give it another try but we arrive a lot earlier. Hopefully, we will be lucky enough to be there without fog.

Said 10 min, table ready in 2.Waitress Marita SUPER BUSY. But, nice & efficient. She was also thoughtful as to offer me âto goâ coffee in a takeout. She was ârunning like crazyâ so no time to chit chat. No worries! They had pagers & tables for those in line, w/benches outside.I ordered the bigger breakfast, to take pancakes & biscuits w/me. Gotta love carbs? It was easily enough for 2 to split; -at least 3 scrambled eggs, pancakes the size of a motorcycle tire (well, almost..), a generous sausage patty & TWO VERY LARGE biscuits. I was a solo diner. The reason for a â4â instead of a 5? A breakfast bar for singles would free up tables of 4, plus make it more enjoyable for a âlone customer.â Otherwise, a perfect score!

We have always had excellent food and service here so recently, for two separate instances, we had family in town and took them to Public House. On both occasions the food was outstanding with wonderful flavors plus the service was professional, personable and very engaged in making food & wine selections to ensure a good dining experience. Both groups of visitors enjoyed their food and service so much they commented on how it was the best dining experience they have enjoyed in a long time.Thank you all for giving us memorable times with our family.

We were in the area for fall color season and selected this restaurant to try for lunch. Even though they had people waiting, we were seated quickly by a very pleasant and efficient hostess. Our waitress was born and raised in Waynesville and she was knowledgeable about the area and very friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful and a great selection and variety. We had drinks from the bar which were also very good (Bloody Maryâs)

We hadnât been here in a while and were not disappointed to return. The grilled Romaine salad was excellent and plenty big to split. The pan fried grouper was excellent and also an very nice portion. Service and food were first class. Highly recommended!HelloWe are happy to hear that you were able to make a return trip to the area and revisit the restaurant. It sounds like you picked two of our most popular menu items and glad to hear that you enjoyed them both. We hope to see you again when you come back to town to visit. Thank youManagement

Firefly is a Southern restaurant serving fried green tomatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, locally sourced trout, along with caesar salads and a flavorful cut of ribeye. We serve cold drafts beers and ciders from Western North Carolina, plus a wonderful wine
This restaurant is right on Main Street in downtown Waynesville. They have seating inside and out. We stoped in for lunch. The menu has lots of interesting selections. We got the chicken salad sandwich and sliced tomatoes as our side. The sandwich was toasted which melted the cheese which added to its goodness. The tomatoes were seasoned with just the right herbs and spices. Our server was efficient and checked on us several times.
