Good food and good service. By myself, they always seat me in the bar area. I like the rolls but ask for regular butter instead of honey butter. The BBQ sauce in amount and taste is not consistent. I guess I just need to ask for extra.

The Restaurant is clean and not crowded, but it just before 5 pm. They took my Order within seconds of sitting down. The Cook may be new, multi tasking doesn't seem to be a strong point. My food arrived hot and in a fair and timely fashion.

King Street Cafe' offers an elegant atmosphere set in a Victorian Home. Low lights, fresh flowers, and imaginative local art creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. An element of outdoor seating for the warmer months. King Street Cafe' is located in the h
We walked here from Catawba Brewing. Quaint house. Intimate setting. The food was delicious. Reasonably priced. The only complaint is portion sizes. I guess I'm a typical American to be complaining about this, but portions are slightly smaller than expected. Everything from only getting 2 rolls and 2 pea-sized balls of butter for the two of us, on through the dessert which was a rather small piece of pie. Anyway, I would totally go back. For Morganton, this is a VERY RARE kind of place, that you'd really only find in larger cities like Asheville or Charleston SC. The food was top-notch as was the service.

My Husband and I came here for the first time tonight. We always drive by and it's slammed packed with people. They are only open Thursday - Saturday. Really nice restaurant. Great prices. The food and sweet tea is delicious. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with French fries. The bbq sauce is so good! There are 4 selections on the table to choose from. My Husband ordered chicken sandwich platter with the coleslaw and pickles on top of the chicken and he ate it like I was going to take it from him!! LOL. The staff is super friendly. We will definitely return.

We were excited to give this restaurant a try for a casual Thursday night family dinner. The restaurant had roughly 5 occupied tables while we were there. The food was good! There were a number of things that inspired this review. The appetizer was never delivered (or mentioned); we were not charged. The table service was inattentive. The restrooms needed work: toilet did not flush, water was scalding hot, wall paper was torn up, and the floors were dirty. Perhaps we caught them on an bad night, but our impression from the ambiance was less than average.
We've visited this site often over the years. Many have tried and failed here. Jessica's has a Mediterranean Menu and we were excited to have dinner with our best friends.Refreshing choices not seen in Burke County. We each had a different Entree. Service was excellent and our meals arrived quickly. We were more than satisfied with our choices. Well prepared and plated, generous portions, and excellent flavors. We were on a roll and added desserts. Again delicious and generous. Lot's of value here.

Not sure what everyone sees in this place, as we waited to get in for 20 minutes. Was expensive - at least $2 more than Golden Corral - and if you wanted coffee or juice it was an addittional charge. So I had just water and was $9.80 andd mu husband had coffee so his was $11.50. Buffet was disappointing just the usual and nothing special. You could order off the menu which was probably the thing to do. We will not be back.
The food is delicious and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken wings were delicious and my grandson thought the chicken and biscuits was wonderful. My husband loved the cheeseburger. We will definitely be going back.

Went to lunch with the office assistant who helps us manage half of NCâs mental health services to the prison population. The food is very good, especially the spinach salad and sandwiches. Very good prices, sometimes too popular as seen in wait for food. Go if you want good food!
We stopped in for lunch and, first, were quite taken aback at the pricing which was very reasonable. I had chef salad and friend had an Asian chicken salad. Both were chuck full and very fresh tasting.Saw people eating some good looking sandwiches. I'd definitely go back. Happy trails
