I tested Amyâs with my standard breakfast challenge of French toast and over medium eggs. All were prepared perfectly. I munched my wifeâs hash browns too and they were crispy-good. Friendly and helpful people. Needs to have more seating but this is a hidden gem.

So many choices including very good tasting Mexican food choices. Food was delicious, served hot, and everyone got their food together. Service was was prompt, courteous, and drinks were refilled before asking. It was an enjoyable dinner. We eat there often, and we will definitely go back again.

This place is the real deal. They sponsor the local boys baseball and girls basketball teams. Many of the servers look like your typical teenager with a part time job. The food portions are decent. And the service is pretty good when the place isn't packed. And it's usually is packed for Breakfast/Brunch on the weekends (Heavy traffic times are around 10 till about 1Pm) . If your not one for Claim Jumpers, Applebees, Dennys or any of thos other more "Commercialized" restaurants, I would recommend giving Dino's a try. Note: Please dont confuse Dino's with Dina's which is a restaurant on the same street, but across town.

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, "to meet Pan Am stewardesses." Sud
Decent service. The food was ok nothing to speak about. Almost tasteless with no spices. The sauce for the shrimps would have gotten better with meatballs. The knife quite blunt like the food.It was an interesting experience, but in the future I will pass this chain.

We had read about this restaurant on the internet and decided to give it a try. There were 4 other groups ahead of us so we waited for 20-30 minutes. The restaurant, which is pretty small, is located on the back size of a shopping plaza so it was hard to find. Once inside, service was pretty good. Instead of large coffee mugs, they had smaller cups, which was ok as long as the coffee kept coming, which it did. We had ordered the 3 eggs & chicken fried steak combination and the fried chicken benedict. The 3 eggs were scrambled and they seemed to have used medium eggs because the portion size was tiny. The fried chicken benedict also had 3 eggs and they were cooked ok. The fried chicken were small breaded chicken on top of muffins. Not bad but I expected more.

Read the reviews and was looking forward to an exceptional breakfast. Coffee was the best part with rich flavor in a huge mug along with excellent staff. Ordered the veggie omelette with extra crispy hash browns and we received a lukewarm veggie scramlet with lukewarm hash browns. We substituted one order of toast for a fluffy pancake (2nd best item). A breakfast place that needs to be better than its coffee and pancake.

We have eaten here for years and know the familes of faces that have worked here for decades. Good breakfast food and more than enough for one person. Even a big eater like me can barely finish the whole plate. We split plates sometimes. Endless coffee and more than reasonable prices. we like to go early 7-8 am and you can beat the rush if your going on the weekend. Great place to fro friends to double up on a great morning

Baldies Cafe
We usually eat here once a week. Itâs kind of a Greek diner but not too Greek. They have several different dinner specials every day. Employees really seem to like working here, maybe a tad too much because they donât always pay full attention to the guests. They give a senior discount but you have to ask for it!

Stopped in to grab âlunch to go.â Decided to order a Caesar salad with chicken - absolutely delicious. Dinoâs is my go to food spot on the north side of Newark.
